I received a broken chair. But the service department expedited a replacement. Great service!

I recently ordered a chair from Madison Seating (a Steelcase Leap V2) that unfortunately had a broken part on it. I contacted their customer service to see what options were available and after assessing the damage via pictures I emailed them, they agreed to send me a replacement chair, and even agreed to let me keep the original chair, suggesting that it might be handy to keep around for parts. Needless to say, I was impressed by the speed and the thoroughness of the customer service, and considering I found the prices on their website to be well below what I was seeing elsewhere (and thus assumed there might be some risk incurred when I ordered the chair), I was very pleased by their customer service, and their willingness to replace my chair quickly! I'd definitely recommend this company, my experience with them was great!

I ordered two Steelcase chairs and unfortunately one had some damage to it. Madisonseating customer service got back to me immediately upon being notified and assessed the issue. A replacement chair is on the way. Thanks Madisonseating

Recently I bought a chair for my office desk from this company. It was an amazing price for a brand name chair. There was a small problem when I tried to put the chair together and after contacting customer service they did everything possible to help me out. They went above and beyond to take care of me and they really do stand by their word about customer service being their #1 priority. I was looking for a good deal for an office chair. Madisonseating had an open box offer for Knoll Life chair at a reasonable price. Because of the company's promised customer friendly policy and high quality of service, I decided to give this open box option a try. However, I was not fully satisfied with the chair and decided to return it. Madisonseating accepted my return and provided a full refund with no issues. While I decided to return my purchase, I am still happy with the service I received from the merchant and would buy from them again.
