I ordered chair for Father's Day. On opening the box, in shipping the support arm on the chair's back was broken. I took a picture or the item and emailed Madisonseating immediately. EARLY the next morning I received and email offering replacement of the item. The support staff were polite and professional and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this company and applaud the service provided. Thank you!! Kate

My initial chair was shipped with a leaking height cylinder. Madison seating has agreed to ship a replacement free of charge.

I recently ordered 4 Steelcase Leap office chairs from Madisonseating.com. One of the chairs had some issues with the seat wobbling after assembly. I contacted customer service and they worked with me to resolve the issue. They offered to send me a replacement chair at no additional charge. I appreciated their customer service and providing a solution promptly.

I would give 0 stars if possible. We purchased an Aeron Chair by Herman Miller from Madison Seating for $449.11. In less than 6 months the cylinder broke rending the chair unusable. Madison wants both $75 and return shipping to honor their warranty. Return shipping would easily cost us at least $100, but I can't justify that cost when there's a chance we would get another lemon. Extremely disappointed. Avoid this chair and this company. If your chair breaks after 30 days you're screwed.

This reviewer received merchandise in perfect working condition. The customer broke the chair and asked for warranty service. Our warranty does require the product to be sent back for the repair. We are happy to fix the item at no cost. We are sorry if Mr. Beyer is not happy with the repair service we offer.

I recently ordered two Steelcase office chairs from Madisonseating.com. They both arrived promptly via FedEx. One of the two chairs arrived with a broken back but I emailed customer service and they responded right away with an offer to send me a replacement chair at no additional charge and that I did not need to return the broken one. I appreciate that they are sending the replacement chair right away and I can avoid the hassle of returning the broken one.

While I was initially wary of purchasing an open box product, I am delighted with the product and possibly even happier with the price I paid for it! Madison Seating provided exactly the service and excellent product they advertised. Shipping takes a while for those used to immediate gratification, but expectations are communicated accurately at the time of purchase.
