The Herman Miller Ergon 3 Chair - a classic chair I ordered and was very familiar with arrived in good time, but when I first sat in it felt it wobbling from side-to-side. Contacting Customer Service was easy: they were friendly, listening, and it was resolved to send a video of the movement to them, whereupon I was told I would receive a new chair at no cost. Also to ease the inconvenience, I did NOT have to return the defective chair. The ABSOLUTE PLUS, though, was that I asked to change the color from what I originally ordered - and Madison Seating happily complied !! Thank you Sarina and Annie for a MOST PLEASURABLE Customer Service Experience.

Purchased a Steelcase Leap for a good price and it arrived in a timely manor. Upon arrival, it had a few issues. I contacted customer service with my concerns and spoke to a person named Annie. She was extremely helpful in addressing the issues I had. Terrific customer service that got back to me quickly. She went above and beyond to address my concerns. Will buy from again.

I just purchased an Aeron Chair from Maddison Seating Great chair at a very reasonable price. I was very pleased with the entire process. Website was easy to navigate and select the chair with options I was looking for. The chair was shipped right on schedule. Good follow-up and superior customer service. There was one minor issue - a part was missing. One email to their sales department and the issue was resolved. Thanks.

Steer Clear buy Elsewhere. Open Box in their made up dictionary means Used, Reconditioned or Refurbished. Instead of being honest with customers and stating this on the product display page they choose to hide it and pass off Herman Miller products as new open box. Once you receive your reconditioned used merchandise and realize you've been shammed they refuse to cover return costs and enforce their 50.00 restocking fee. All this while threatening to send the matter to their attorneys should I choose to dispute it who I am sure keep very busy defending these crooks. I will be contacting NYS consumer affairs, BBB and NYS attorney general.

We have been ordering office chairs from Madison Seating that are top notch quality at affordable prices. We recently had an issue with one of the chairs and contacted Madison Seating where they responded promptly and with a more than reasonable solution to the issue. They were courteous and willing to work with me without hesitation. We will be ordering again and again with Madison Seating!

This company sells second hand/used materials as new. Ordered new chair and it was dinged up and leaked fluid all over the floor - they refuse to fix the problem and now I am stuck with defective chair, ruined carpeting and no resolution. Would NEVER do business with this company - there is a very good reason their prices are what they are - its because they sell knockoff products that are defective - buyer beware. Updated Sept 30: Yes - its true - After half a day's use - their chair leaked Hydraulic fluid all over the carpeting and they refused to address the issue. The product is faulty and caused this damage - faulty seals from this product leaked and is heavy grease - does not appear this product is authentic as advertised - looks to be Chinese knockoff.
