I have ordered from this company several times now and it is a great experience every time. The last time I had a damaged product arrive but their customer service was great and are sending a replacement, no problem! I would absolutely order from them again.

We purchase the Steelcase V2 chair and it was missing a part. They quickly sent the part but the seat adjustment still didn't work. They will be sending us a replacement chair. We received the new chair very quickly and it works great! Thank you!

Received Steelcase Leap chair and had a broken bracket in the back perhaps damaged during shipping. Madison Seating is quick to respond very next business day and offer to replace it.

Bad gas cylinder, but Madison Seating agreed to replace I bought a Steelcase Think from Madison Seating on ebay and the chair arrived with the gas cylinder not working. I emailed them and they agreed to send me a new chair to resolve the issue. Assuming the new chair is received in good working condition, I will be very happy with their customer service.

We love the Humanscale chairs without the original prices! My firm purchased five chairs from Madison Seating because we didn't want to spend a lot on new chairs. To my surprise, the chairs were super easy to assemble and my co-workers including my boss love the chairs! They are very comfortable and easy to put together. Their customer service is also very responsive.

I ordered a Steelcase office chair from Madison Seating. While they were prompt to charge my credit card, I did not receive my order for a month. Their website promises delivery in 10-14 business days. When I emailed to check on the order, I was told it would ship within 24-48 hours, and it still took them a couple more days before it shipped out. When it did arrive, it did not have instructions or the needed Allen key to assemble it. While I like the chair, I am dissatisfied with Madison Seating's lack of promptness, poor customer service and failure to deliver on their promises. I don't know if I would order from them again. Buyer beware.

We bought this chair for commercial use. After our department assembled the chair the tenant could not wait to try it, guess what happened? Yeah the chair (seat) just sits in one position while one is seated, it does not go up or down. We thought it was because the Pneumatic Cylinder but after recieving the replacement, still no go! I am surprised that such a quality issues will happened on this expensive chair. Customer service has been great though is being reasponsive so far in sending a replacement cylinder and now working with us on a replacement chair. I will update the review once we recieve the replacement chair.

We've purchased a number of open box Steelcase Leap chairs and in general have been happy with the speedy shipping and quality of the items received. Recently one of the chairs started breaking down after about a month of use, customer service was quick and responsive but ultimately required that a positive review be written before attempting to resolve the issue. I look forward to editing this post in the near future with only un-asteriked positive things to say after my current issues is resolved.
