Ordered two chair one was delivered perfect. The other chair had a broken arm. Called Madison customer service as soon as it arrived took picture of the problem and sent it to customer service. Customer service was great a replacement chair is on it way. If I order chairs again I will order them from Madison. Due to their customer service.

I bought a chair from them but the chair had problems with the piston. Customer support quickly responded to my email and even agreed to send me another one to resolve the problem. There customer support is second to none!!!

I purchased a Steelcase Leap 2 from Madison Seating. The piston wouldn't raise on its own and one of the screw holes on the armrest was stripped. The customer service response was excellent and the issue was resolved quickly.

Madison Seating has great customer service representatives that were available to fix any issues I had to my order! They were quick and eager to help. The chair itself I purchased is the model my father loved and was excited to receive it for his birthday. Now that his back is happy, the family is happy :)!

I purchased a top of the line Herman Miller Aeron chair from Madison Seating. It took more than 6 weeks to arrive, and was defective; the seat goes down on its own when you sit on it, and won't stay up if you raise it. I immediately contacted Madison by telephone, and was told that they could not do anything to help me by phone. They required an e-mail request to start a service request. So, I immediately sent them an e-mail to the address provided, never to hear from them again. Now that it's Black Friday, they bombard my e-mail box with spam. Apparently they have enough employees to service their false advertising, but none for their products.

I found Madison Seating to be very fast at resolving any issues. I had a chair with a crack in the frame, Madison was very quick and polite in issuing me a new chair. thank you!

I ordered two Steelcase Leap Chairs (V1) and one had a broken frame part upon arrival. Annie @ Madison Seating responded to my email within hours and offered to send a replacement chair. I appreciate the customer service and will do business again in the future.
