My experience was so-so. I ordered a couple of chairs, got one one of them two and a half months later. Super delayed, the others were just delayed indefinitely. They keep extending the delays and are terribly bad at lying about it. Sometimes i wish they will tell the truth upfront instead of feeding false things to the customer. Be-aware that the shipping times on their website is completely false. Expect your chair in like 3+ months if you are lucky. Also expect zero communication from them unless you ask. The chair was alright

Dealing with Madison Seating was a HUGE mistake. Took 2 1/2 months for the chair to arrive, during which they blamed the delay on Covid & FedEx - not them. When I questioned their veracity, they said they had responded to me promptly. Response isn't resolution! Then the chair arrived today and it doesn't function. The controls don't work. I asked a colleague who has this exact chair to help me, and he said it wasn't working. Shipping it back for a working chair will cost over $220. PLEASE, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SELLING DEFECTIVE CHAIRS AND THEN TURNING THEIR BACK ON THE BUYERS.

I ordered an office chair from Madison Seating as they had exactly the chair I wanted at the right price, Unfortunately, the chair arrived quite damaged. I sent their support team a few pictures to show the points of damage. They got back to me in less than a day to rectify the situation to my satisfaction. I was very pleased they were willing to put the customer first and quickly make a bad situation good again.

I ordered a "HumanScale freedom" chair from Madisonseating.com Upon receipt, I noticed some issues in the chair. I contacted Madison Seating customer service and explained the situation. They responded quickly and offered me a new chair. This is an excellent customer service creating trust!

After searching high and low via the big box companies for a desk chair, I found Madison Seating! Great site and complete information on all of the chairs it carries. The delivery was without issue, as I was able to track the FedEx process via a link on their shipping email. Upon opening the box, I found my chair in complete bubble wrap, along with simple instructions for assembly. Great Job Madison Seating! (and I love the chair I picked out!)

I purchased a "new" office chair from Madison. about 8 months later the seat cracked. I called Madison. They instructed me to disassemble and mail back to them. Upon disassembling I found the glue marks in the seat where it had previously been repaired and hidden under the cushion. They had in fact sold me an remanufactured or repaired chair as new. Be very careful dealing with this company.

SCAM, this place is a SCAM. I purchased a Steelcase Leap V2 due to the affordable price, and I was totally expecting and okay with minor cosmetic issues. However they sent me a chair with a broken recliner, it lets out a horrendous metallic clunk when I lean back past 2 inches, and again when I lean forward, and it isn't an issue I can fix by simply greasing the chair. Now most businesses would say "dang that sucks, let us ship you a replacement" but oh no, NOT MADISON SEATING. Nope, they tell you they will refund it if you ship it back to them, emphasis on you, the customer, who gets to foot the shipping bill. Which from Washington to New Jersey is only $200, almost half the price of the chair. False advertisement, broken chair, and what seems like the scammiest return/refund system I've ever encountered. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM MADISON SEATING. There are other places you can buy refurbished Steelcases, do some research and avoid Scammison Seating.
