Horrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional. I ordered a chair with upgraded casters that were advertised on their website as "Deep carpet". However, the casters I received were not rated for high-pile rugs and carpets by the manufacturer and do not work on deep carpet. Never received a refund or replacement. The customer service representatives were trying to threaten me that they will take legal action against me if I keep trying to get my money back. And yes, just like everyone else said, the order took forever to ship. I think the only reason it was shipped at all is because I kept sending them emails until someone finally responded to me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I ordered a SteelSeries Leap v2, it came in the mail in 1 week. I opened the box and a piece of the chair was broken. I emailed them and the next day message me back saying they'd send me another without having to bother returning this one! Cant wait been siting on a cheap ikea chair for years so this is a huge upgrade

I purchased a Steelcase Leap v2 chair from Madisonseating.com. The chair shipped within their 10 business day window and I received it 2 days after shipping (about 2 weeks from purchase). The chair was well packaged, but arrived with a minor/medium defect that I suspect happened in shipping. I was able to fix the chair on my own, but I contacted the company anyways. This was Saturday, they responded by Monday (next business day) and offered me a steep discount for the inconvenience. I thought it more than fair and accepted. I received the refund same day. Not a perfect experience but made right by Madisonseating. The chair was in otherwise good/great condition and as advertised "open item", shipped well packaged, and their customer service was prompt. I would buy from them again.

Worst customer service ever, save yourself the time and buy your chair somewhere else! Ordered 2 months ago and still hasn't shipped, they don't communicate so I had to keep asking for updates on when it would ship and they kept saying next month. Update: Maddison seating commented that this isn't a legitimate review...yes it is and I can show my emails to prove it! Maybe focus your efforts on actually managing your orders!!!

I ordered an Steelcase Leap V2 chair and it arrived with a part of the frame broken. I contacted their support team who offered to send me a replacement chair right away. Thanks Madison Seating!

Buyers beware. We purchased a chair with the code ending in 'ASX BK LTHR'. No mention that the seat was cloth or leather... just assumed it was leather because of the code. OUR MISTAKE. Once you buy, YOU KEEP. After paying $300 postage to return and a "restocking" fee we would have lost most of our money. Their customer service team was stauch without offerring any help. Their 30-day money back guarantee is a joke. After the buyer pays for return shipping and the re-stocking fee you basically get little back.

Madisonseating.com has been excellent in taking care of a customer service issue I had. Communicated professionally via email throughout the order, shipping and delivery. My post-sale customer service needs were taken care of by going well beyond the call of duty. I appreciate their willingness to earn our business.

Ordered a supposedly in stock chair at the beginning of December, with their site and order confirmation saying in stock items should ship in 10-14 days. By the start of January I had received zero communication from the company as to possible delays or any status on the order. I had to email them asking where the order was, and their response was it will be delivered mid to late January, despite specifically trying to order an in stock item. Filed a BBB complaint about the misleading advertising and poor communication. Their response to this was to outright cancel the order in retaliation. Save your money, time, and energy. Ordering from this company is a gamble that you'll ever actually receive your items, and if you do, it'll probably be next quarter.
