Customer service is a joke. I ordered one chair to test it out and see how my staff would feel about the chairs. I needed 5 but this was supposed to be just a test. They sent me 2 chairs instead of 1. I then asked to return them and they wanted to charged me $200.00 per chair to return them. I asked if I could drop them off somewhere to save on the shipping and they gave me their warehouse in NJ. So I packed up both the chairs drove from NYC to Elizabeth. I get there and they don't accept returns at the warehouse and I'm told to leave the premises, that I'm trespassing. Complete waste of time and money ordering from this place. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

This is my first time buying a chair from Maidsonseating on ebay. I bought the Steelcase Leap V2, and it came broken. However, they agreed to replace the chair for me without having to return the broken chair! Their customer service is great, and they’re really nice people.

Got a Steelcase Leap V2 on eBay, came with a broken part, but the customer service was exceptional that they agreed to replace the chair for me. Absolutely would recommend, this is my 4th purchase with them, great value and great service as always!

When our chair arrived damaged, Madison Seating worked quickly to send a replacement. They did not require us to send back the original chair - that made it easier for us.

I ordered a chair on 11/29. I was told it would ship within 10-14 days and I would receive an email when it was ready to ship. Then I was ghosted for months. When I finally followed up they said there were covid delays and it would be shipped mid Jan. While that's understandable - everyone is experiencing staffing shortages, what is not understandable is why they refuse to notify customers of delays. Finally, mid Jan rolled around and I was not notified of my product being delayed *again*. When I followed up again they said my product was not in stock and they had no idea when it would be available. They offered me the option to *purchase* a more expensive product. Really? an upsell attempt after all of this? Why would I give this company more money when they sold me a product that never existed? I ended up cancelling my order. It stinks that I waited 3 almost 3 months for something I never received. ETA: the reply from them shows how they continue to scam and lie. 1) they told me the chair would ship mid-January so I patiently waited, and when I followed up they said they didn’t have the product - it basically didn’t exist. (Per their words: “we do not have a restock date at this time”). I know times are tough and supply chains are stretched so I opted to be patient, but have no tolerance for being mislead. 2) if you go on their site, the chair will say “in stock” (so I was not knowingly purchasing a back ordered product) 3) I was only informed of delays when I messaged THEM. Their reply implies that I was kept informed the entire time which is completely false.

Chair arrived well packages, and quickly. Although, It had a fastener that was damaged during shipping. They were quick to respond and offer a replacement chair. Costumer service has been great. I really appreciate the smooth resolution.

Ordered Steelcase Leap V2 chair on Ebay. Chair arrived with box destroyed. Put chair together but back part was coming out. Contacted Madison Seating, quick response and offered 50% discount. Rejected offer, and company responded back by offering to mail new chair and to keep the broken chair. Will update once new chair arrives, but so far outside of receiving a broken chair communication has been good waiting for new chair.

Ordered a chair from Madison Seating and was very satisfied with the way they handled an issue with an item that arrived damaged. I believe they truly do care about customer satisfaction!
