Don't buy from them - they sent me two broken chairs - so much work to send them back -

Do not buy from here!! I received a Herman Miller Aeron chair with 3 broken off pieces and a seat that doesn’t adjust. They said I can return it, at my own expense which is hundreds of dollars. Their website states they will Provide a shipping label but that isn’t true. And their customer service sends a passive aggressive email denial and tells you go pound salt.

We had an issue with the first chair I purchased and they resolved it promptly. Great customer communication.

The chair I received had a significant break in the frame, so I reached out to customer service. They offered me the option of a discount on the chair I had, or, to send back the damaged one and they would send a replacement. I chose the latter and began to rebuild the original box and gather the packaging material. However, I was having issues dissembling the chair (I don't have a great back which didn't help, part of the reason I need the chair :)) and reached out to see if there were any special instructions or advice. They offered just to send me a new chair and keep the current one! I can't speak to what others have encountered but in terms of the customer service I received it has been top notch. Friendly and prompt replies from Annie and others. And certainly, an acceptable resolution.

I emailed customer service with a question before I ordered online and was answered the same day allowing me to scratch the task of ordering 9 chairs off my list quickly. I received tracking information when the items shipped which was super fast.

Do NOT order from Madiston Seating. They do not support their products and are rude and argumentative. This has been my worst buying experience ever.

I purchased a refurbished chair - the same style of the one I have at work and I know that I love. I wasn't concerned about the possibility of cosmetic damage; but I know that I love how the chair feels and functions. My initial chair arrived damaged from shipping. The service team was incredibly responsive and concerned about my damaged chair. They provided a good resolution to the issue.

Ordered 3 chairs, one arrived broken. Contacted customer service and they agreed to replace chair at no cost. Will use them again for seating needs.
