They sent me a chair with a missing part (it's the tilt arm, chair is unusable without it). They claimed it was described on the website as missing that piece. NOT TRUE, they can't provide the listing showing that was how it was listed for sale. It was one of 5 I purchased and other 4 were complete. Refusing to replace. INCREDIBLE. The have offered a return at my shipping cost, which would cost me more than I paid for the chair. If you purchase just be aware that the guarantee is a SHAM and all sales are final with them. Their response below is untrue. We ordered 4 of the same chairs in 2 different. 3 came with all the correct pieces. One did not. They refused to replace or pay for return shipping. Buyer BEWARE

Great customer service and fast shipping. From the start to the end the company delivered exceptional care even when we stumbled upon some issues with the product. The company offered a replacement when the product came defective. We need more company’s like this. Very positive experience and definitely recommend working with them. I purchased an Steelcase Leap V2 open box item from the company via eBay. Initial ordering process and receipt of item went through quickly (about 4 business days). However after unpacking the box and starting the assembly, I noticed 2 defects. The lumbar support adjuster is not on the track correctly and will not move up and down and the bolt that connects the bottom of the seat back to the main part of the chair had snapped the plastic off which ruined the hole the screw goes through. While the chair was packaged quite while it is possible that it was damaged during shipping. I immediately reached out to support for a replacement. They are sending me a replacement chair instead of having me send the defective one back. Quick and responsive emails back and forth. Pending my receipt of an undamaged replacement, overall good experience.

Chair arrived damaged due to mishandling by FedEx. Company was slow to respond initially but that's because they were closed for the Jewish New Year (had I read the auto reply message I got I would have know this right away). Anyways, customer service offered to send a replacement chair without having to send back to one that was damaged. Top notch, great experience. I don't know what all those bad reviews are about. Being an Amazon Seller myself, I know what its like to have a competitor try to leverage bad reviews to take a business out, so based on my great experience with this company, I'm inclined to believe that they are experiencing something similar on here.

I purchased an Open Box Steelcase Leap V2 chair on ebay from Madison Seating. The chair arrived in only 4 days. It was packaged well and appeared to be in great condition. After assembly, it became clear that the height adjustment on the chair was not functioning properly. Fortunately, Madison Seating agreed to send a replacement chair at no cost to address the issue. They don't even want the original chair back which will save me the trouble of boxing it and transporting it to UPS. Madison Seating addressed the problem immediately and I appreciate their excellent response time and generous resolution.

I ordered a chair in this store and it‘s been three weeks and I still haven t receive the chair. I contacted the seller and FedEx multiple times and got nothing. I tried to reorder a chair from them. But you know what? They don’t accept offer from me anymore. So instead of resolving problem, they just made the problem dissapear. Thanks to eBay s money back guarantee, I eventually get my refund. Great product and customer server. I bought a steelcase chair and it comes with damage due to transportation. I contact the customer server and they quickly respond to me that they can send me a new one. The chair looks great besides the damage. It's a good experiment and I would like to repurchase again from this company in the future.

I've ordered two Leap V1 chairs from Madison Seating. The first chair had a damaged arm. The customer-service department quickly responded to our email and sent a replacement arm, which solved the problem. The second chair had a malfunctioning cylinder and a misaligned base. Again, the customer-service department quickly responded to our email and sent a replacement cylinder, which fixed that issue. When the misaligned base continued to be a problem, they offered to send a replacement chair free of charge. Assuming there are no issues with the replacement chair, I would recommend Madison Seating due to their responsive customer service.
