I ordered a dress a little over a week ago from Lookbook Store. The shipping said roughly 7 days, but to my surprise it came in only 5 days. The item didn't cost a lot & it looked like the photo. Overall, it was a positive experience!

Great selection! Amazing customer service! I had to exchange a pair of pants because the size was wrong and they sent me the smaller size right away no questions asked by XpressPost so it got to me super quick! And to make things even more awesome they let me keep the pair that was too big free of charge so now I get to gift it to a friend! Super super nice service and prices! You guys are awesome!

I had some trouble with my shipping address in the beginning but after some conversation with members of staff of the lookbook store, everything has been sorted under a very short amount of time. I have also ordered another dress and that has arrived very shortly and I am just so pleased with the the customer service as well as the quality of their products.

I placed an order of USD$76 over THREE MONTHS AGO, and have yet to receive my order. I have had ample communication with their support team and each time they just tell me to wait a little bit longer. After providing me with a tracking number that didn't work, I eventually received one that did and after a month of checking the status of my parcel there has been no change - it is STILL in China! I have not been offered any compensation: no refund, no voucher, no gift...It's really quite unbelievable that I've had such bad luck considering all the other good reviews on here, but this whole ordeal is inexcusable. If someone could give me some advice as to how to deal with this situation I would really appreciate it.

I loved most items I received! They make great sweaters :D I loved them. Their styles are comfortable and also sexy (Sometimes I have to sacrifice or give up on feeling or looking sexy to be comfortable lol). But Lookbookstore's clothing is both sexy and very comfy to wear. Also their shipping is super fast as well as how staff reply my questions over email. i payed extra money for fast 4 day shipping last week and my order still is here, ive tried contacting your store throught your number but apparently no one is ever available. i am very upset i order two dresses for homecoming next week and there is no telling when my order will get here or if its even shipped
