When I ordered the dress at first, it did not arrive at all and I had to talk to customer service and get help on getting the dress that had not arrived. They had excellent customer service from what I have experienced, and they helped me with my issue in a really kind and professional manner. I would recommend this store, but just not that much around a holiday, because maybe the dress probably did not arrive due to the order being around Christmas and Hanukah time.

My friend has ordered off of this site multiple times and had great experiences/told me that her orders usually come within 2 weeks which is reasonable. I ordered on Dec 1st and still haven't recieved the dress I bought, my birthday is in a few days and that is why I bought this dress... Haven't heard anything and as far as the tracking number all it says is that it left China ? Making me nervous that it will either not come in time, or not come at all...

I ordered a dress off of the lookbook store website, and from the pictures online it was beautiful! I know a girl who got the exact same dress off of a different website and she ordered it and loved it. Because she loved it so much, I wanted to order one for myself as well! However, I found the exact same dress on the lookbook store for 1/4th of the price so I thought, why not get it here and save some money if they're going to be the same dress anyways? The shipping was good and I could not wait to finally get my dress. Once I received it, I was SO disappointed! It was completely different than the dress online and they used photos from a different website. The dress my friend received was made out of a much higher quality material (compared to my see-through, cheap cotton). The fit/length/measurements were all off and the material was just so cheap. This was the first time I have ordered something from the lookbook store, and definitely my last.

I just wanted to say thank you for everything you have done for my order I couldn't have done it with out Penny.She went above and beyond to help me out. I was so impressed with her knowledge and her skills in providing solution. She was real and not a robot!.

Don't buy from this store. I bought a skirt from here and it was made of very cheap material (like corduroy) and had underwear built into it! The pictures they use to sell their clothes are not their photos and only show one side and not what the clothes actually look like. I've even caught them using other stores photos. Save your money, buy somewhere else

I bought a beautiful dress a few weeks ago and I still haven't received it. Last time I checked(today) it was still in China. Not really happy about that, but I hope it will be here soon.

I am very impressed with the customer service rendered by the staff of Lookbookstore. Yes they offered sexy and beautiful clothings often. And No, I am not a first time buyer for this popular online website. I have been buying most of my wardrobe clothings from them but what makes me come back for more, is their endless customer service support. They answered to my queries and the replacement of item deliver fast to my doorstep. I will continue to support Lookbookstore! Thank you so much!
