To be honest, the only bad thing I've got to say about Lookbook Store is the delivery time to France. I've been waiting for more than a month to receive the dress I ordered. But not considering this, I am really happy to have deal with them and I'll do it again without any problem!! The dress is from a really good quality and exactly looks like the picture from the website!! So don't hesitate and go buy on their website!

When I ordered the dress at first, it did not arrive at all and I had to talk to customer service and get help on getting the dress that had not arrived. They had excellent customer service from what I have experienced, and they helped me with my issue in a really kind and professional manner. I would recommend this store, but just not that much around a holiday, because maybe the dress probably did not arrive due to the order being around Christmas and Hanukah time.

I loved most items I received! They make great sweaters :D I loved them. Their styles are comfortable and also sexy (Sometimes I have to sacrifice or give up on feeling or looking sexy to be comfortable lol). But Lookbookstore's clothing is both sexy and very comfy to wear. Also their shipping is super fast as well as how staff reply my questions over email. It's a great website to shop your clothing fast and cute and sexy :-3

Let me start off by saying that I was a bit skeptical about ordering from this boutique and I didn’t expect a whole lot, but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I took the chance because I've been wanting a couple of matching sets for summer and I haven't had luck finding them at my normal stores. The clothes definitely differ from the pictures, but that was something I expected before I ordered, which is probably why I wasn't disappointed like other reviewers. I've come to realize that this is the reality when it comes to ordering from websites such as this. This is why I took off one star, but with that being said, the clothes weren't terrible at all and I actually really loved most of what I ordered. What I was really happy about, was the excellent customer service and super fast FREE shipping! I believe I ordered on a Monday, and knowing the clothes were coming from a different country, I didn't expect to have them for about 2 weeks. I was really happy when they arrived that Friday! I wanted to return one of the sets because the fabric was thicker than I would've liked, and when I e-mailed customer service (it was around 4am) I received a reply within 10 minutes. However, when I checked with my local post office, I found out that it would cost around $30 to ship the item back, which is pretty much what I paid for it. So, one important piece of advice I would give to anyone is this: definitely consider the return fees before you purchase anything because they are not free! It may not be worth it to ship anything back. Luckily for me, the only thing I didn't like was the fabric, but everything fit so I didn't mind keeping it and making it work. So overall, unless you have extremely high expectations that the quality will be that of a high end department store (I would compare it more to Forever21 or H&M), I would recommend ordering from this boutique! The quality is GOOD, the shipping is fast and free, and the customer service is EXCELLENT! I've already made my second order :) Thanks Look Book Store!

I ordered this tie-dye cami romper, perfect for a family outing at the beach, with its soft and light cloth you surely will feel comfortable to wear this. I would definitely shop again.
