De vælger at erstatte og sende min pakke igen, uden beregning! Synes dette er den bedste kundeservice jeg nogensinde har prøvet! I ordered a dress, which my country's carrier, Post Danmark, lost. After a frustrating ordeal with my carrier, I contacted Lookbookstore's support, and they chose to send my dress again, free of charge! This is the best costumer service I have ever experienced!

They stole my products of a gold/silver moon and star necklace, and even CREEPIER is they stole the PHOTOS I TOOK to advertise their FAKE listings! They have not responded to my emails of kindly asking to remove the listings, so now I am forced to take legal action. That's how I feel about this rip-off company.

I never write any reviews on any site but this time i could not hold myself without appreciating the Lookbook store. I have ordered a beautiful white dress with black border for the first time from Lookbook and they delivered the same before the expected delivery date which was a nice surprise for me. The other best things were that the dress material is not thin and it fits me perfectly. I just loved the dress and I am gonna place some more orders in near future (one is one the way :)) because now am sure that this store will never ever disappoint me. It just made me feel super awesome with their delivery service, the perfect size, and the dress material.

Ma fille mineur a commander sur ce site une qui devait arriver entre 8 et 12 jours sauf que au bout de 3 semaines elle n'a toujours rien reçu . Elle en informe le site car elle quitte la région et ne peut plus réceptionner le colis . Ils font les sourds d'oreilles en lui demandant des délais supplémentaires et de se débrouiller à récupérer le colis . La commande date du 4 juilletJe viens d'être informé du problème et lire les échanges mais en fait ils ne veulent pas la rembourser . Ma fille étant mineur j'ai écris à mon tour et vais entamé les mesures qui s'imposent sans le remboursement de lookbook . Je vous invite à fuir ce site

Let me start off by saying that I was a bit skeptical about ordering from this boutique and I didn’t expect a whole lot, but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I took the chance because I've been wanting a couple of matching sets for summer and I haven't had luck finding them at my normal stores. The clothes definitely differ from the pictures, but that was something I expected before I ordered, which is probably why I wasn't disappointed like other reviewers. I've come to realize that this is the reality when it comes to ordering from websites such as this. This is why I took off one star, but with that being said, the clothes weren't terrible at all and I actually really loved most of what I ordered. What I was really happy about, was the excellent customer service and super fast FREE shipping! I believe I ordered on a Monday, and knowing the clothes were coming from a different country, I didn't expect to have them for about 2 weeks. I was really happy when they arrived that Friday! I wanted to return one of the sets because the fabric was thicker than I would've liked, and when I e-mailed customer service (it was around 4am) I received a reply within 10 minutes. However, when I checked with my local post office, I found out that it would cost around $30 to ship the item back, which is pretty much what I paid for it. So, one important piece of advice I would give to anyone is this: definitely consider the return fees before you purchase anything because they are not free! It may not be worth it to ship anything back. Luckily for me, the only thing I didn't like was the fabric, but everything fit so I didn't mind keeping it and making it work. So overall, unless you have extremely high expectations that the quality will be that of a high end department store (I would compare it more to Forever21 or H&M), I would recommend ordering from this boutique! The quality is GOOD, the shipping is fast and free, and the customer service is EXCELLENT! I've already made my second order :) Thanks Look Book Store!

While surfing the net, I noticed this cute boutique and I got my eyes on those rompers! Totally made my day! I ordered this tie-dye cami romper, perfect for a family outing at the beach, with its soft and light cloth you surely will feel comfortable to wear this. I would definitely shop again. Good quality and good service. Worth recommending to friends with high fashion standards! ♥

I've been kinda window shopping on this site for a while, loving their clothing choices but not really buying anything. I finally gave in because I saw a summer casual dress I had to have for a trip to Hawaii I had coming up. I am very last minute so I was so scared the outfit wouldn't make it in time but surprise, surprise it did come right before my trip. The dress was just like the picture. It was a simple dress, lightweight, not fitted but actually floated around me to give it a very casual look and landed just above my knees with blue stripes. And I love the straps which will definitely ensure I'm prepared for the heat. It was perfect. I definitely will be shopping at this store again. I'm glad my outfit was perfect because now I can't wait to go on vacation. Love this store.

I am so happy with my order! I received it sooner than expected. The items are what its look like from the website. I love the photos and site is so easy to navigate. This is far the most impressive online shopping that I've done. I can't wait to get another new items soon!
