We are sorry to hear that there was no update on the shipment of your package. I can see your was delivered late by a month. Unfortunately this was because of a delay in custom clearance due to being a very busy period during the Christmas season. We have sent you a code to your Lookbook Store account and hope this goes some way toward making up for the delay. We hope you are pleased with your purchase, however if further assistance is required please do not hesitate to contact us via our Live chat or email address at [email protected] Kind Regards, Lookbook Store

Hi Penny, We are sorry to hear that there was no update on the shipment of your package. We have been made aware of delivery delays for many shipments due to increased shipping volume and tightened customs procedures during the peak shopping season. Post offices also experience processing delays worldwide, which affects tracking information updates. Having looked into the scans, it shows that your package is out for delivery today (4-Jan). We hope you are pleased with your order once received. If you do require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try and help. Kind Regards, Lookbook Store
