Great customer service! Only had a problem once when their chat was offline for a couple of days. Other than that its all good, they helped me with my order that has a problem, they also gave me 10$ off on my next purchase.

First time customers. Was skeptical on placing an order based on bad reviews, but did order a dress for my 15-year-old daughter. The quality was excellent and it looks beautiful on her. I also thought the shipping time from China to Savannah, GA, USA was pretty good. It was an terrific bargain, and I know she will get a lot of use out of this lovely dress.

I ordered the black 1 piece swimsuit with lace overlay. I was cautiously optimistic. Cautious because you always read funny stories about awful clothes from Chinese vendors, but optimistic because of the positive reviews. Let me say that I could not be more thrilled with my purchase. The quality is as if I spent near $100 (possibly more) at a department store. I usually only buy swimsuits at department stores. There are no flaws that I can find. I specified 2 sizes larger than my pants size as that is typically how I buy swimsuits, and it fit perfectly. The suit is beautiful and I have already shared it with all of my friends. Do not hesitate because you're worried about quality. I will shop here more.

I recently made purchase and had some difficulty tracking the package as Canada Post had marked it delivered with no time indicated and nothing in my mailbox. I emailed lookbookstore and had the pleasure of dealing with the kindest rep (not so much with canada post). When I received the package I was very satisfied. They quality is not bad at all and is true to size. Will order again.

What can I say ? Well the customer service is beyong amazing and available to make your experience with them easy and without a glitch. I contacted them a lot because some items were too big and they took care of it in a few minutes. We rarely see such promptness in customer service so I will say bravo to you. I will continue shopping with you and recommend you to everyone I know. The items I ordered were exactly like the pictures so no disappointment. The little downside is that you need to be careful with the sizing. For example, I am normally a size 8 but I had to return some of them and swap them for a size 6. So look closely to the material and try to compare yourself to the models wearing to get an approximate result. Nonetheless, I love what you offer and everything is fashionable so yaye ! Thanks a lot.
