I ordered a romper and received notification it shipped. I then received a email to review the item. I haven't received the item. I also contacted Look Book through email explaining I haven't received the item and I was needing to check status and of course no reply. If I don't hear something soon I will dispute through pay pal. No customer service number to call, no tracking, just corresponding through email. This is not my first order with them and it's never taken this long. I will never order from look book again. Update: Received shipping info will take 12 business days from shipping date. Today is day 6. Also was told contact was not made prior to review. I answered the survey that was sent to me by look book sent by shop venture in regards to this particular order and explained I haven't received yet, as well as filled out contact info on that page inquiring about my order. I received no response. Will keep updated. Update: I received my order 3 days after updating my review. Look book has reached out to me a couple of times since this review. I am pleased with my order.

I paid an extra $18 for faster shipping, estimated to arrive in 7-14 days, and the event I was intending to wear the clothing was in 12 days; so of course, I paid for the extra cost in order to ensure that I received the package within the next two weeks. However, I didn't receive my clothing until 2 DAYS after the event and now I have an article of clothing that I no longer have a reason to wear since the event has already passed. Useless!!! What a waste of $18!!! And I can't return the clothing since I'll be paying even more money just to send it back and only get a fraction back of the cost I spent throughout this entire ordeal! Highly unsatisfied. I would only give this store 1 star, but the second one is for the semi-decent quality of the clothing; the only problem is, their size 2 is definitely NOT a size 2! Way too loose and baggy. After all of that waiting and in the end, the product didn't even fit me properly! UPDATE: Lookbook Store followed up with me to rectify the situation and I have been refunded the cost of the shipping! Yay :) They are also assisting me in an adequate return process and because of this customer service, I've upped their rating! I considered deleting this review, but I want you all to know how great their customer service actually is.

I heard about this company online and decided to take a chance with it. I ordered a 2-piece floral navy set (called the Floral Print Co-ord Set on their website). My order ended up having a sizing problem and when I called/emailed them they were able to accommodate a solution I was content with.

I purchased 3 articles of clothing from the LookBook Store....2 dresses and 1 coat. I would advise everyone against buying the Camel Draped Open-Front Long Coat. The coat I received was very different than the one that is pictured. The colour, fit, and quality are all different and very poor. The 2 dresses I purchased however are both great and they arrived looking exactly like the pictures. I was happy with the delivery time as well considering the company ships from China. I live in Canada and received my package around 8 business days after it shipped out. The lookbook store has amazing customer service. They have a very reliable online chat system. After I placed my order I had second thoughts about the size I chose for one of my dresses. I contacted the store via the chat system about half an hour later and the representative immediately updated my order to reflect the new size I wanted. In terms of the coat, I decided to return it because I could not see any way to make it look nice. It is very pricey to send a package from Canada to China and I was very unhappy that I had to pay for return shipping for a product that was misrepresented and completely different from the advertised pictures. I felt it was only fair that the lookbook store should pay for half of my return shipping and they agreed to do so. However, since the coat was so misrepresented I really did expect my entire return shipping cost to be covered without me having to ask. I will most likely purchase from the lookbook store in the future but I will probably limit my purchases to dresses and jewelry. I am kind of worried that my items will not be the same as those pictured but I am willing to give them another chance.

I ordered a dress that I wanted for New years and it finally said it shipped on the 21st of December. I know it was around Christmas but shipping said 7-12 days. I would just like to know why the tracking number exists if they don't update where my package is.

I ordered around $120 worth of clothes last year while I was on my deployment. When I returned home the package was waiting for me (the shipping seemed fast and everything I ordered was there) I ordered the V-back Lace Romper which was just way too short for my liking so I might of ordered the wrong size. I ordered a daisy overlay crop top, which i liked but busted after my second time wearing it :( and I order fit and flare heart-neck top that was tan, which actually did look exactly like the picture, unfortunately for me I also had to have a bust size that looked like the girl in the picture and sadly I did not, so that got thrown out too. The last item I ordered was a white lace chiffon mini dress which was beautiful and I was going to wear to my rehearsal supper, BUT the dress was completely see through so I had to buy spandex and wear a tank top under the dress so my body wasn't showing. Oh and I ordered the american flag Bikini and it just seems stretched out and very awkward. I love the style and the clothes, I just didn't seem to have much luck. Although, I might try a looser shirt or maxi dress so I haven't completely ruled out the LookBookStore yet. :)

I received two articles of clothing. One fit perfectly and I receive many compliments. The other, a pair of leggings, could have only fit a child. I am 5'3 and average sized and these leggings were about a foot short.

I ordered a dress from their online shop, and it was delivered 5 days after :) But the dress wasn't as I expected. It was very see-through and the size was a lot bigger than what it said on the site.
