The seeded lawn material was nothing like the description on their website, can anyone tell me how to return this unusable product that cost $200

Been waiting for my order for months! Kept getting emails that tell me it's coming but not so I asked for a refund and they keep giving me the run around. Please don't buy from here save yourself time and money.

I ordered the Women's Casual Stretch Denim Bib overalls on August 5th. I was unable to release the fasteners and struggled to put them on. When I wanted to wear them again, I tried again to open the fasteners again. One broke when I tried to force it to slide down. I am unable to repair it. I also do not like that the white pocket linings show when you sit down or bend over. I would not recommend buying this product.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I stupidly ordered an blouse on August 28, 2020 and still have not received it. I tried emailing them, several times, but it was returned Mailer-Daemon.....failure to deliver.....I left a message on their facebook account and no response from that either. Tried calling their phone number but no customer service reps available. I even posted negative remarks on their faccebook site and they were deleted, not by me, by them. This company is far from being reputable. Apparently it seems like it's just a ghost company. So, to reiterate, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I put in my order 10 days ago and have not received an update on my order status. I tried sending an email to their contact email and I keep getting a delivery failure. The chat feature on their site is never available. Did I just get robbed????

Ordered 2 things in October and have received nothing. I have contacted them via email. No response. I have now contacted them via Facebook. Terrible customer service. Do not buy from here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They brand themselves as a U.S. company including their social media, linkedin, Store address, and phone number, but when you receive the order it is from China. Then when you need to return anything they try to make you pay for shipping back to China (A country you were never notified you were ordering from). It would have cost $54 to ship back $95 worth of clothing. Then when you tell them that is ridiculous they never reply. Their customer service number just goes to a mailbox. I am more than happy to ship the items back to your U.S. office and you can ship it back to whoever you have making your clothing.
