I couldn't fault Lookbook. I love their website and the clothes they stock online. I regularly use the site for clothes as I like to have other items in my wardrobe that are not generic in UK stores. I recently experienced a situation where I made an order and the item was out of stock - unknowingly. The customer service team were excellent and informed me of the items progress as they knew I was on a time schedule to receive the clothing for my Hen Party. Penny kept me assured 24/& on how the order was proceeding and even sent it out to me with super fast delivery. It arrived in time and is perfect in every way! I will be spreading the word of just how great you guys are and the high level of customer service you provide.

I heard a lot about this boutique on social media and decided to order a few things. The bikini I received was a TOTALLY different color and definitely not what the model in the picture was wearing. Don't get fooled by the pictures!! The strings were also extremely short and not ideal to tie. The quality of the romper I received was not worth the money I spent on it. Also, the bralette I ordered was not of good quality and overall my purchase was not what I expected & disappointing after hearing such great reviews about lookbookstore.

Totally recommended! Fantastic company to deal with. They have great stock - diverse, up to date and excellent price. I was amazed on how quickly I received my goods as I shop online frequently and the turnaround is never this quick. No hassles, no problems whatsoever, correct product as per order just the way it should be. Great service great products will definitely use again!!

I must say that I am very impressed with this store. The Lookbook Store has some great, unique fashion clothes perfect for any occasion. Although I love all their items, I ended up getting the Peach Lace Panel Top, which seemed like the perfect summer top for me. When I received it, I realized that I had ordered the wrong size, so I had to call customer service. Not only is this store terrific, but customer service did a fantastic job. The person who assisted me was patient, kind and helpful. I had no problem exchanging my item and it didn’t take long at all! Now I wear my Peach Lace Panel Top on a daily basis and can’t wait to purchase more items from the Lookbook Store.

First of all, all the clothing on the website is so cute it was hard to choose but unfortunately I was on a budget. I settled on the strapless shorts co-ord and I am in love. I called customer service and was able to get the correct sizes, it fits like a glove! I've gotten many compliments on it and shipping was super fast. Highly recommend lookbookstore!

This is my first time writing a rant about how bad the clothes from this company are. The only good thing I can say about this company is that shipping is indeed fast. Clothes from Beijing arrived in Canada in 4 days. However, the clothes that I got were not like the pictures displayed on the website AT ALL. I got a white sweater and a beige (or as the website shows) cardigan/jacket. The white sweater was so small that I could barely even fit in it and looked like it was made for a kid. The picture on the website and the dimensions showed that it was supposed to be a baggy and loose fitting sweater but it was so small that it was above my hips. The beige cardigan/jacket I got was incredibly thin and wasnt even beige, it turned out to be a salmon pink colour. The picture on the website showed that the jacket or as I would call it now a "cardigan" would be thick and would be worn outside but it turned out to be so soooo thin. Also, when I live chatted with the customer service to ask about the sizing before buying the clothes, all they said to me was to look at the sizing chart. I kept asking if the dimensions I showed (my own dimensions) with them are right for me, but the lady just kept saying "look at the sizing chart". How rude. Please think twice before buying products from this store.

I ordered a dress in a size Medium. Not only did it look nothing like the dress pictured on the website, it also was 2 sizes too small. I'm not even sure what size they sent since the dress had no labels (size, care instructions, etc). I am a clothing designer and garment manufacturer and I would never sell such garbage to the general public. They said they would send a replacement. That's after their request that I send photos of the measurements of the faulty dress I received. It's been 3 1/2 weeks and I still have not received it.
