What can I say ? Well the customer service is beyong amazing and available to make your experience with them easy and without a glitch. I contacted them a lot because some items were too big and they took care of it in a few minutes. We rarely see such promptness in customer service so I will say bravo to you. I will continue shopping with you and recommend you to everyone I know. The items I ordered were exactly like the pictures so no disappointment. The little downside is that you need to be careful with the sizing. For example, I am normally a size 8 but I had to return some of them and swap them for a size 6. So look closely to the material and try to compare yourself to the models wearing to get an approximate result. Nonetheless, I love what you offer and everything is fashionable so yaye ! Thanks a lot.

I purchased 3 articles of clothing from the LookBook Store....2 dresses and 1 coat. I would advise everyone against buying the Camel Draped Open-Front Long Coat. The coat I received was very different than the one that is pictured. The colour, fit, and quality are all different and very poor. The 2 dresses I purchased however are both great and they arrived looking exactly like the pictures. I was happy with the delivery time as well considering the company ships from China. I live in Canada and received my package around 8 business days after it shipped out. The lookbook store has amazing customer service. They have a very reliable online chat system. After I placed my order I had second thoughts about the size I chose for one of my dresses. I contacted the store via the chat system about half an hour later and the representative immediately updated my order to reflect the new size I wanted. In terms of the coat, I decided to return it because I could not see any way to make it look nice. It is very pricey to send a package from Canada to China and I was very unhappy that I had to pay for return shipping for a product that was misrepresented and completely different from the advertised pictures. I felt it was only fair that the lookbook store should pay for half of my return shipping and they agreed to do so. However, since the coat was so misrepresented I really did expect my entire return shipping cost to be covered without me having to ask. I will most likely purchase from the lookbook store in the future but I will probably limit my purchases to dresses and jewelry. I am kind of worried that my items will not be the same as those pictured but I am willing to give them another chance.

I am so happy! This is the right one that I wanted! The material of this jacket is comfortable and fits very well. I thought it could not be perfect because the price is low,BUT! It surprised me! I really love it! I will shop again!

I saw the red bodycon dress on instagram and fall in love instantly! I ordered it from lookbookstore and their service is very good! It looks exactly as pictured, and fits extremley well. I could not be happier with this purchase. Also, its much heavier material than I anticipated.It's Worth every dollar! This dress also arrived way faster then exspected. I love it!

I just placed an order and was informed quickly for one of the item is now out of stock. Though I am a little bit sad for it runs out of stock, it's okay for me to wait since I really love it. And the customer service is really good and gets back to me fast. Hope you do better and better! :)

I was searching for a new years dress but I couldn't find the perfect one. Than I discovered this site and was even doubting ! It took 2 weeks to get here in Belgium, and I was really excited! I fitted the dress and I have never been so happy with a dress! I daily check this site and I will definitly buy other clothes!
