To be honest, the only bad thing I've got to say about Lookbook Store is the delivery time to France. I've been waiting for more than a month to receive the dress I ordered. But not considering this, I am really happy to have deal with them and I'll do it again without any problem!! The dress is from a really good quality and exactly looks like the picture from the website!! So don't hesitate and go buy on their website!

Great customer service! Only had a problem once when their chat was offline for a couple of days. Other than that its all good, they helped me with my order that has a problem, they also gave me 10$ off on my next purchase.

This company should be shut down. If I would of known it was a Chinese company I would if never ordered from them. NOT true to size, the material is VERY CHEAP, DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES. I feel like I was scammed and reading from all the rest of the reviews looks like I'll be paying more to return it. What a waste of time and money down the drain. DO NOT buy from them. It's terrible. If I could rate you a 0 out of 5 I would.

First time customers. Was skeptical on placing an order based on bad reviews, but did order a dress for my 15-year-old daughter. The quality was excellent and it looks beautiful on her. I also thought the shipping time from China to Savannah, GA, USA was pretty good. It was an terrific bargain, and I know she will get a lot of use out of this lovely dress.

I ordered a coat (which took a lot of consideration because ive been seeing many bad reviews about LookBookStore but decided to give it a chance) and it took ages to arrive and the tracking page was useless and didnt tell me much, when the coat finally arrived it was NOTHING like the picture, material was different and sizing was massive! Horrible experience and so angry that i have to pay for return shipping to return it, meaning i'll only get a fraction of my money back and wasted that return shipping for NOTHING. Now i have a coat that is unwearable and just sitting in my room , dont think ill shop here again

I ordered a romper that looked nothing like the picture that I was promised. The material of the romper that I received was stiff, cheap, and more that of hospital scrub material. I am not happy with my product and would like a refund!!!

I ordered a romper and received notification it shipped. I then received a email to review the item. I haven't received the item. I also contacted Look Book through email explaining I haven't received the item and I was needing to check status and of course no reply. If I don't hear something soon I will dispute through pay pal. No customer service number to call, no tracking, just corresponding through email. This is not my first order with them and it's never taken this long. I will never order from look book again. Update: Received shipping info will take 12 business days from shipping date. Today is day 6. Also was told contact was not made prior to review. I answered the survey that was sent to me by look book sent by shop venture in regards to this particular order and explained I haven't received yet, as well as filled out contact info on that page inquiring about my order. I received no response. Will keep updated. Update: I received my order 3 days after updating my review. Look book has reached out to me a couple of times since this review. I am pleased with my order.
