I paid an extra $18 for faster shipping, estimated to arrive in 7-14 days, and the event I was intending to wear the clothing was in 12 days; so of course, I paid for the extra cost in order to ensure that I received the package within the next two weeks. However, I didn't receive my clothing until 2 DAYS after the event and now I have an article of clothing that I no longer have a reason to wear since the event has already passed. Useless!!! What a waste of $18!!! And I can't return the clothing since I'll be paying even more money just to send it back and only get a fraction back of the cost I spent throughout this entire ordeal! Highly unsatisfied. I would only give this store 1 star, but the second one is for the semi-decent quality of the clothing; the only problem is, their size 2 is definitely NOT a size 2! Way too loose and baggy. After all of that waiting and in the end, the product didn't even fit me properly! UPDATE: Lookbook Store followed up with me to rectify the situation and I have been refunded the cost of the shipping! Yay :) They are also assisting me in an adequate return process and because of this customer service, I've upped their rating! I considered deleting this review, but I want you all to know how great their customer service actually is.

I heard about this company online and decided to take a chance with it. I ordered a 2-piece floral navy set (called the Floral Print Co-ord Set on their website). My order ended up having a sizing problem and when I called/emailed them they were able to accommodate a solution I was content with.

This is a Chinese company, which they never made it clear in their website, I wouldn't have purchased from them if I had known that. The items I received looked so different from the items in the pictures except for one dress I ordered, but one of the other dresses showed that it had long sleeves in the picture and mine has absolutely no sleeves and looks like a complete different item... the sizing of the pants was way off, and the pants were super short and as I was trying them on they ripped... Mind you I am a size 4 in the US and ordered a US size 6 in these pants. Lastly the quality is poor for the price you pay. The good thing about this company is that the shipping was fast and they keep you updated in emails but other than that I am very dissapointed and will not spend my hard earned money in this company anymore. I will not recommend anyone to purchase clothes from this website.

I ordered a 1 piece bathing suit, took about 2 weeks to get. When I did inquire on my order, they were quick to follow up with me...however, when I received my suit, it was way too big. I could pretty much tell, but tried it on ( leaving the protection panel in and my under garments on because I was almost positive it wasn't going to fit). I immediately emailed them to find out how to exchange for correct size as there was no paperwork with my shipment. I was advised bathing suits are not exchangeable, but I could receive a 10 per cent discount on my next order.(and be stuck with a suit I have no use for). So to get the suit in my correct size, I would need to order a second one, spending 45.00 plus shipping twice, just to receive $2.50 as customer satisfaction? I have never dealt with ANY company that would not let me return an item for a correct size, so that my purchase would be of use to me. This is just crazy, ridiculous policy!

I ordered the black 1 piece swimsuit with lace overlay. I was cautiously optimistic. Cautious because you always read funny stories about awful clothes from Chinese vendors, but optimistic because of the positive reviews. Let me say that I could not be more thrilled with my purchase. The quality is as if I spent near $100 (possibly more) at a department store. I usually only buy swimsuits at department stores. There are no flaws that I can find. I specified 2 sizes larger than my pants size as that is typically how I buy swimsuits, and it fit perfectly. The suit is beautiful and I have already shared it with all of my friends. Do not hesitate because you're worried about quality. I will shop here more.

After seeing the great reviews this site had I decided to order two items. The items were sent separately which I thought was odd at first, but didn't mind because within a week I got the email that my first package was being delivered. Great! Then another week went by and I still haven't gotten an e-mail regarding my second package so I e-mailed customer service and they got back to me quickly. The reason why I haven't gotten an e-mail was because the item was out of stock................... If I knew the item was out of stock I wouldn't have bought it, but seeing that they didn't list the item under out of stock, I assumed otherwise. But anyway, I didn't mind at this point because I was told the item would be restocked within 2 days of the date I emailed them. Another week passed by and I FINALLy got the email stating that my package was being shipped....my package ended up being stuck in international customs in LA for two weeks. Finally after another week, my package was out for delivery, never delivered because the carrier couldn't find the address. This review isn't bashing on the customer service of Lookbook; in fact, their customer service is amazing. It was just the unfortunate events that happened just for this single package that made me realize ordering from an international company isn't worth it. Again, this isn't a negative review on the customer service. They followed up with me after I emailed them about the events and have been extremely helpful. I understand that these events are out of their control, however, this review is to let everyone realize that what happened to me can happen to you too. Which is the risk you have to take if you want to order from China. & all USPS will tell you is that you have to sit and wait because they can't do anything about it. I still haven't gotten the package and it's been a month. Good luck!

just placed my first order with lookbookstore and couldn't be more impressed. had a slight issue not labeling my order as a gift and shot over an email. my email was replied to immediately and my concern resolved- within MINUTES!!! the customer service rep was professional and provided excellent customer service. impressed

I recently made purchase and had some difficulty tracking the package as Canada Post had marked it delivered with no time indicated and nothing in my mailbox. I emailed lookbookstore and had the pleasure of dealing with the kindest rep (not so much with canada post). When I received the package I was very satisfied. They quality is not bad at all and is true to size. Will order again.
