Lookbook store has been one of my favorite online clothing stores for quite some time now. I fell in love with their selection and made a vow that someday, when I'm rich enough, I'd have their entire collection in my closet. As for now, I buy what I can when I can- and I'm always happy with what I recieve. I've ordered quite a bit of jewelry from them. Compared to other similarly priced stores, Lookbook's jewelry is very high quality. It's durable, well-made, and beautiful. Other similar necklaces and bracelets that I've purchased from other places eventually break apart, but I've worn many of Lookbook's peices without any issues for many months now. Their jewelry really is the best. I've also purchased a few rompers, bathing suits, dresses and tops from them. They all come exactly as pictured and hold true to their measurement size. The fabric is high quality, sewn well, and comfortable to wear. The items don't shrink or fade in the wash. They're adorable, high fashion, and on point each time. The only time I had an issue was the first time I ordered a romper it was smaller than I thought, and I had to return it and exchange it for a larger one. Lookbook has 24/7 customer service support, so I got an immidiate response when I asked how to return the product. They addressed my issues very patiently and were very well informed. They got my romper back and sent out the new one without any issues at all. I think they even held a larger size for me, because they were going out of stock, but they knew I was sending a smaller one back to exchange. That kind of customer service is above and beyond- and I loved it. Their items come packaged really securely. They ship fast, and when the items arrive there are no funky smells or anything. Everything is top quality, brand new, exactly as pictured, and just so darn cute it's ridiculous. They also have free shipping worldwide! Which means free shipping to me here in Alaska! I just can't get over them. Love them SO much- and I highly recommend them!

I've brought items from lookbookstore twice now and have had a pleasant experience on both occasions. I have had to contact customer service in order to arrange an item exchange previously and received excellent customer service; the reply was prompt and explained exactly what I had to do in order to exchange sizes. I was really pleased with how simple the process was, mainly because I have exchanged items with other online stores before and usually it is more hassle than it's worth. I will definitely be using this store again because I feel I can rely on them if anything doesn't go as planned, highly recommended!

The website shows you pretty dresses and tops, and it's affordable and you order them thinking it'll be a good purchase. BUT IT'S NOT! I ordered 1 peplum top and 1 cut-out legging. They were not true to size and were made out of the most disgusting fabric I have ever seen. The actual clothes are not like they show on the website. THEY'RE JUST NOT! Do a favour to yourself, and NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! NEVER!

I bought bikinis from them. It says that it suits size 10 UK which is what I am. I received size 14 item which I did not even try as it can be easily seen, it will be hugged for me. The response from the seller is that they can't refund the item that was taken out of the original package but still consistently asking me to send them the correct measurements for size 10! I wonder how you can actually see the item if you don't open the package? And why would I bother helping them to improve their items? The item does not have one single measurement tag. If you are thinking whether to buy from them from the UK, don't bother. China is far away and if the item does not fit, they might not even take it back.

I was looking forward to the items. They are nothing like the pictures and run wayyyyyyy too small!! Very inaccurate sizing. Anyways I sent back the items, which I had to pay for the shipping! It has been two weeks since they said they would refund me my money and I still have not received anything! I am currently trying to fix this situation and it's very stressful! How hard is it to refund someone their money?!!!

Really happy with the quality of the items I ordered. Postage was really fast too. My Maxi-dress looked just like the picture! I will be back to shop again!

I ordered a swim suite and it was NOTHING like the picture. I am extremely upset with the company, as it was a total scam where they showed a picture of the suite from a different website, and then made their own with the picture as the guide. It did not fit true to size, and was bad quality. It took a month to get to my house in North Carolina, and then when I asked to return it, the service was awful and in the end they told me I couldn't return it. will NOT EVER buy from here again.

Although Lookbook has been quick to reply for customer service, I do not recommend ordering from this store. First, it took well over the delivery time for my package to arrive (I did get a refund for my shipping costs, thank you) and the absolutely none of the clothes fit. None of them are true to size, even when looking at their size guide online. I am very disappointed because it took so long and now they don't fit (I also needed them for all of my wedding festivities going on and now I'm out of time). Secondly, I have to pay for my items to be returned. That is A LOT of money when I have already paid $100 for my clothes. I believe it is the companies fault for not having accurate sizing guide lines. I just want my money back and to ship them back without having to spend more money. So to me, it truly is bad customer service to have your customers pay for their return shipping when the quality and sizing is all bad/wrong.
