This is my first time ordering anything off from this online boutique. and it may be the last if I do not receive my romper here soon. I ordered a red and white lace romper on Feb. 7-2015... Been tracking the order and it has not even LEFT the facility in China yet. It has almost been two weeks and this package has not even been shipped yet? Who knows when it will even ship. I bought this romper because I wanted to wear it on my cruise next month.. Which probably will not even arrive on time now. Very disappointing, If I would have known this, I would just have gone shopping for rompers at Charlotte Russe so I am guaranteed my clothing. If I do not receive this romper by March 9th, I will cancel my order and never continue to shop on this website anymore.

I loved the top I ordered but it is very cheaply made and it smells absolutely horrible. I washed it right away because I couldn't stand to even walk by it, the smell was that strong. But unfortunately, the smell did not go away :(. I am very dissapointed by my purchase. Hope I can return the item for a full refund.

I have placed an order as a gift for my wife, the first time the order was lost that what they claimed so when I called and complained they rushed a second order by DHL. I was really surprised with the quality of the itmes they sent, Very poor quality control, the shirt they sent is like a small piece pf cloth sown together, cheaply done and belong in the trash ,the jacket has no label of anything on it, poor quality material, a dress that not a human would wear or put on very cheap, the image they present you on the web is far from what you get, Pure marketing..when you call customer service it is always the same person talking to you and they do nothing but sweet talk. when I showed the order to my wife she laughed in my face, Will never order from this company again unless you want to throw your money away.!! bad business.

I order the 3D rose sweater in pink and I absolutely love it! On top, I also got a mint cardigan and it's perfect! All the conditions of the items were top-notch. Shipping was also extremely fast to get all the way to Canada. I love everything and I would highly recommend this online store to all my friends!

I have to say you guys have great service. I was hesitant at first but you guys pulled through. Although ordering can be a bit confusing at times, but all the while it was a great experience. I will definitely be ordering again.

I have two pieces from Lookbookstore, and just like with ordering anything online, sometimes I'm worried about the quality. As soon as my order showed up, I was so excited to see amazing, chic and good quality pieces! Both my cardigan and handbag are amazing and I can't wait to order from Lookbookstore again!

I received two articles of clothing. One fit perfectly and I receive many compliments. The other, a pair of leggings, could have only fit a child. I am 5'3 and average sized and these leggings were about a foot short.
