Jacob and Lauren have both been awesome! The 48 hour cancelation policy is a little much, life happens. And the out of pocket is a little much from what I understand. But good experience thus far

Undivided Attention
My counselor was on point when it came to finding out why I was there and helping me inform him of what I needed help with, and then we started to go down that road.

My counselor is so respectful
My counselor is so respectful, nonjudgemental, and a great listener. He waits patiently for my responses and shows compassion as I am speaking. I could not have asked for a nicer person to talk with and express myself. I am truly enjoying our sessions, each of them making me feel better and better. I can get off on tangents, but he will reel me in, and make me feel that it is okay to do so. I truly appreciate everything that Lifestance is doing for me.

Good people
The Doctor i see (Dr. David Payne) is who makes Lifestance the preferred choice. He’s familiar. That isn’t something that comes natural for most. Maybe we’re both just cooler than everyone else lol or maybe He is a well trained psychiatrist who knows what to say and when. Either way he’s a good man and a defender of this country. If Lifestance has more like him (I’m sure they do) they would be leading the way in patient/Doctor relatability and compassion n
