I really appreciate how easy it was to find a therapist and schedule the first appointment. I’ve only seen my therapist a few times but I love her. She listens really well, gives feedback in a kind way, is able to understand what I’m trying to say when my brain fog gets in the way. My only issue is that I tried to call to postpone a payment/cancel an automatic payment. I was put on hold for almost 25 minutes, bounced between 3-4 people, and was still left on hold. I understand they could’ve been busy but each time someone picked up the phone, they asked for my info and why I was calling. I told 3 or 4 different people this. One woman said she was looking into it and she’d place me on a brief hold. A few minutes later, someone else took me off hold and asked who I was, what I needed etc. so the process started all over. I ended up having to hang up because I had other things I needed to do before a certain time. It was just frustrating having to go through my info 4 times to 4 different people, after the 2nd person said she was looking into it?

Making appointments is easy. Staff is helpful. Professionals are, well, professional.

I booked an appointment for my daughter two days ago for an initial consultation. Our appointment was at 7 PM tonight.We logged in early as requested and it’s now 8:10 PM and no one has seen us. What a waste of time !!! We are first time patients and this is unprofessional. There’s been no communication as I sent messages. I know Therapists and Psychiatrists can run late but not over 75 minutes. To top it off as I was about to disconnect I just received a bill for $150 and my co-pay is not that much and I have not seen anyone. I have to pay the bill immediately. They have my card on file so if they charge me, I will be filing complaints to the BBB and to my credit card company, which will require a police report. I should charge them a fee for no cancellation policy without a 48 hour notice for my time. Update: The matter was resolved immediately. I gave them one more chance. I was able to book a doctor in my area and was seen today with no issues and liked the doctor. She was very good with my daughter.

My experience with my therapist has been great and I expect that to continue. It would be nice to be able to validate the parking from the adjacent parking ramp.

Nothing is perfect . I'm not the biggest fan of the patient portal only communication . It's next to impossible to communicate via telephone. Reply: sending screenshot. I'm not doing your job for you when you simply fwd this to the provider .

Great staff and the listen

At first I was not placed with the right type of provider. After calling I was processed through intake for a better fit. Thus far it has been very helpful and the staff has been supportive and polite.
