It Is the best place counseling place I have ever been to everyone I have seen here Is Wonderful and they all actually listen to me and seem to really care and understand and work with me to get more answers more deeper answers with everything Im going through and I do highly recommend this place to everyone Its a good place to go and the receptionist she Is really nice and has also went above and beyond for me too.

I called to make an appointment and wasn’t quite sure of what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. I immediately felt very comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and professional, she was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. After going over all of my paperwork she scheduled my appointment with a specialist that fit my individual needs. On the day of my appointment, which was virtual, I met Colin Kelly. He was very thorough. From the very beginning, I felt very comfortable with him. My anxiety of seeing a new provider, quickly went away. He talked with me, making suggestions of things I could try, that might be helpful and beneficial for my mental health. From the ease of scheduling my appointment, to the positive interactions I had with my mental health provider, I was very satisfied.

This was my second time going. I normally have severe mental illness with anxiety, ADHD, anger and so much more. My first week I had opened up to my counselor. She listens very well and gave me the details to help most of my mental health issues to go away. She laughed when I said that. I asked her why she laughed. I didn’t wait for her answer. Instead I told her she needs to learn how to accept the truth I told her. After out counseling session. I sat in my recliner thinking about was I the one with mental illness problems. Or was someone else telling me because they didn’t understand they need counseling too. Let’s be honest with ourselves. When I was growing up, it was unacceptable to seek help. They called you crazy and treated you like they treat the homeless victims. I actually needed counseling in the first grade. Because of a major head trauma when I was between 7 to 8 months old. Back then they had no idea what happened to a baby with a head trauma. Imagine being forced to go to school and you only get F’s and D’s if my tutor would help me. You see I was never able to retain anything I learned. Only having a twenty second recall memory then it floated in space. I am telling you this. Mental illness can be cured. It takes yourself to seek the help. Then be honest, when you sugar coat it. You only are digging yourself a deeper hole. Honestly it hard at first I won’t lie. It takes you to want to change. Like I was saying that after the first session I had an appointment in two weeks. I have been seeing another counselor in a different place. They were good. But never told me how to get better. On my second visit we meet was just like the first session. My wife had asked for a divorce after 18 years. Normally I would have screamed at her and called her nasty names to hurt her. Not this time, why not? Because the first session gave me the courage and confidence to know the difference. To face it with my favorite motto. Kill them with kindness, compassion and love. My wife asked me was I wasn’t angry? I told her that I learned who I was then And this is me know. We are both happy and will stay friends. My next session is in three weeks. Life is not yours. It your choice to choose who you are!

Got matched with a great therapist who has been an amazing support in my postpartum journey. I feel validated and heard. Best therapy experience i’ve had in all my years of receiving therapy. She gives great advice. Love the telehealth option. Overall wonderful experience.

I thoroughly enjoy speaking with my therapist. She offers me the space to safely share my story and experiences. I love that I get to start my week with her every week. Thank you 🙏🏽
