I had an appointment with NP Reyes, who was excellent and attentive, and she has nothing to do with this poor review. However, we spoke about me seeing a therapist, and she put in a referral. I got a call to schedule it from an AI, who didn't identify itself as such, just asked for me name. I didn't ever consent to my info being used with AI, I think AI is a bullshit theft and pollution machine and I don't like anything to do with it, so I already have a bad impression from just this. When I asked the bot if it was AI, it confirmed it was and asked for my name again. I said I wasn't comfortable talking to the AI, I wanted to speak to a human, I didn't want to speak to the computer. The computer HUNG UP ON ME. As a mental health company I would generally recommend against having your useless AI chatbot call me only to waste my time - the utter uselessness of a computer system that can't even transfer to a human for review. Also given the news stories about AI being completely untrustworthy, incredibly vulnerable to attack or leaking of sensitive info, and bots being so sycophantic they encourage psychosis and SI, I'm actually just impressed with HOW BAD of a look this is. I will immediately move my care elsewhere.

My nurse practitioner, Angela Dotson is absolutely phenomenal, extremely knowledgeable, kind, and very on top of my care. However, I find it hard to navigate to find a therapist that works for me

Great doctor

Everything from setting my appointment to getting my insurance approved was extremely easy. The staff are always friendly and helpful. For the first time I have a therapist that actually makes me feel seen, heard and understood. I’m grateful for Dr. Lang and lifestance for supporting me on my healing journey.

I was asked the very same questions that I had already answered at my appointment on 5/18 with Dr McKenna. My impression of Marcella was that she lacked experience. Her voice was barely audible and I had to ask her to repeat what she was saying several times.

I have been blocked from being able to see my doctor or even have a conversation with him or even refill my prescriptions because this company keeps sending me outrageous bills for thousand thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars and they won’t let me contact my doctor until it’s paid and I absolutely will not pay it because I do not owe it. This company is absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and it’s unfortunate because this is me trying to have therapy with a doctor and they are in my way. Absolutely unforgivable.
