Aggressive cancellation policy. 48 hours to cancel even in the event of an emergency is ridiculous. Ignored my messages in their portal about it. LifeStance doesn't care about you, they care about your money. Look elsewhere. Edit: I replied to them right away via the email they provided and they still have not responded. They just wanted to create an illusion of caring.

My therapist, Amy, was the best. She helped me get through a difficult time in my life. I was having a breakdown & she helped me to understand it. I am so much better now. I got rid of a lot of anger. I don’t remember the exact date when I started but I know it was around Thanksgiving. I just ended 6/18.

I’ve had the blessing of getting counseling and medication management from two providers at LifeStance. My therapist, Robyn Denton Johnson, has been instrumental to me, managing my anxiety, and PTSD. From my first session with her, she has listened, provided tools, educational materials, taught me about regulating my nervous system with exercises for vagus nerve stimulation. Robin gave encouragement, motivation perspective and reminded me that I can do hard things. She respected my faith and counsel me based on my beliefs. The growth I’ve experienced in navigating life has been tremendous because of her care. Dr. Lyon At some point, I needed medication, and started seeing Dr. Ronit Lyon , my Psychiatrist. She removed all the stigma and shame I felt about getting medication based on my culture. She listened, and with her wisdom and knowledge changed my perspective and experience with medication. The woman I am today is significantly a different person. I have grown emotionally and experienced wellness in my mind; reduced sleep-less nights, compulsive, eating, anxious thoughts hours on end, ruminating , over-thinking, hyper-vigilance symptoms have decreased with medication. I felt like a new person. I am so grateful and humbled by the Care I’ve received
