Zero stars! I am beyond angry with this establishment. I scheduled an appointment at the beginning of the week. I gave them my insurance information which I was assured they accepted. I set up an account, filled out 5 pieces of paperwork, uploaded my insurance cards, etc. I took a half day off of work and made arrangements for my son to take off of school for this appointment. I even received a reminder email for the appt. the day before it was scheduled. I drive all the way down to the office, arrive 15 minutes early as instructed. Nobody is there. Not a soul around. At my appt. time, still nobody. So I call the main line and am redirected to another receptionist who tells me my appt. was cancelled because they don't accept my insurance! In a week's time, they discover this and don't have the professionalism to call me and let me know! Especially after they assured me they DO accept my BCBS insurance! Not professional, not even basic common courtesy! Just cancel my appt. with no notification or even asking if I'd like to continue with the appt. anyway! What a giant waste of my time, efforts, and paid leave from work! And I still need to find a therapist for my son, who needs help! Unbelievable.

Do not use this therapy company.. the issue is life stance scheduled my daughter with out of network therapists despite knowing what insurance I have and I didn’t find out she was out of network until after the third or fourth time of me calling billing because they hadn’t billed Tricare yet and I needed to make sure they had everything they needed for billing.

Billing issue/customer service -My daughter is on my insurance and has a $2000 balance on her account because supposedly she wasn't billed for a certain period of time. Now I am trying to find out why and if they can give her a billing plan and not keep charging my HSA debit card which has almost completely depleted my account. I called an office in Arizona (602) 767-2100 left a message with no return call, then sent billing questions via the portal again with no response. Now I am call another one of their billing phone numbers 253-254-5911 and have been on hold for 45 minutes. BTW, my daughter just turned 26 this month and will need to go off my insurance. Terrible customer service. I can't even get to talk to them, I can't imagine what their response will be when I hopefully do.

DO NOT COME HERE. I would never trust this place with my mental health care. They discriminate against neurodivergent employees, denying accommodations. HR finds any reason to try and get rid of neurodivergent employees who need very reasonable accommodations that would not at all affect quality of work. If they discriminate against their own employees when they already are extremely understaffed, I can't imagine how horribly they care for their patients. Also, with so few workers, I know they are constantly behind on all administrative work. Avoid at all costs

Providers are great. Customer service is TERRIBLE- absolute worst you can imagine. Billing is TERRIBLE. My husband is a veteran and his services are completely covered 100% but for the entire 7 months of our use of this company they continue to bill us, we call repeatedly and hold literally for HOURS for them to say “no, it’s ok, don’t worry about it, billing takes time.” and now they have enough time to CALL US and tell us our bill is in collections now. Again we try to call. 3 hours and 37 minutes on hold. I took screenshots so I wouldn’t think I’d gone crazy. Speaking of crazy. This company is terrible for your mental health. Again. Providers are great. Customer service is just HORRIBLE

RUN AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. They kept billing me ATER my daughter quit seeing them. They are horrible and only care about the money not helping the patients.

Hands down one of the most unprofessional organizations. supposedly helping people with mental health and have no management of resources, no management of calendars, cancel appointments willy nilly.

My therapist was wonderful, however, the billing department is a joke. My insurance paid 1/3/23 for all charges but I kept receiving statements with balance due. After calling the number on the statement for two months and getting voice mail the office was closed and to call back during business hours (all calls were made during business hours) they charged my credit card 3/27/23. This was after calling giving them giving them insurance payment ACH information. I emailed payment information again 4/6/23 and followed up again 4/12/23 and the response was "once I get everything figured out I will be calling you back". It's now 4/18/23 and still no response.
