You let my child run out of their medications. Completely unacceptable considering we reached out numerous times both for an appointment and to refill meds. What kind of doctor lets their patients run out of anti depressants? Do you not know how dangerous that can be? Never again. Y’all are the worst

Beware. This appears to be a Fake organization. I'm still unsure if there are even real doctors there. It's all about getting your money. Billing is a problem and so is speaking to someone in administration other than a receptionist. I'm a disabled veteran and was seeking help closer to home and I was led on and straight out lied to by an employee. I also changed necessary meds needed for pain management in order to obtain medication mgmt for PTSD, as directed. After approx 2 mths of doing everything asked & having the video appts, I was strangely charged an xtra $20 when I sent an email re help. I never rcvd a call back & never rcvd the help promised. I honestly believe this is a money racket. I went elsewhere & got the needed help but am now suffering in pain while I wait to get the meds changed back to what I was originally taking for pain management. I don't mind to pay $ for help but don't like giving it to someone taking advantage. BE SMART. IF IT SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS. It IS a robot service situation. You most likely will NEVER talk to a real employee other than a video conference. Be very careful about the meds they want to prescribe. It may be harmful to your health!

So wish I had read these reviews before I made appointment. Their office staff is incompetent at best. I was referred by my doctor and never heard from them. No one answered when I called to schedule, so I went to their office. Receptionist found my paperwork in a stack on someone’s desk and they scheduled my appointment with the only person who accepted Medicare. Karen Harris was wonderful and made me feel everything would be alright, but I can’t see her anymore because no one can tell me how often or limit of visits Medicare will pay. I was given 3 numbers to call and no one knew. Medicare said it is dependent on type of program they have and surely they had filed Medicare before and would know. Again, I hate not being able to talk with Karen Harris because of office staff being incompetent.

Lifestance is awful. If you enjoy calling a giant company with a robot answering machine that makes life 1,000 times more difficult than it needs to be, than lifestance is perfect for you. If not, like most of us, avoid it at all costs. They also have almost 0 therapists that do in person visits. But yeah everything is unnecessarily difficult and dissuades you from wanting to go to therapy which is Super counterproductive. If your insurance only allows them like mine did, just pay out of pocket and see someone outside of your insurance if you can possibly afford to. Its not worth dealing with lifestance.

What a nightmare dealing with billing. I was on hold for 2 hours before I gave up, I tried using their callback system 2 days ago and am still waiting. It is near impossible to get any issue cleared up and what is worse is if you call after 3:30 EST, they are closed. I give up.

They wait several days to return phone calls and even then they might not even return them. I have been trying to get in contact with them for multiple reasons and the billing office is either closed or I have to leave a message and wait. I called to cancel an appointment twice and they waited until the day of an hour after the appointment to call me to let me know I missed it. They also cancel appointments and still charge you for them. I went in a couple months ago for an appt I had on my schedule for awhile and and they told me I didn’t have anything scheduled that day and then proceeded to charge me anyway. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH TO IMPROVE!!

This place is not a psychiatrist office just a bunch of providers that and will not give diagnosis papers and the only give 5 minute sessions and charge $759.00 to our insurance company the ones in Michigan really needs investigated
