Koala HealthReviews of koala.health

I ordered meds for the first time, during the holidays. Koala contacted my vet after New Year's day, and I promptly received my meds.

Very easy to use

great service

The ointment for my cat was delivered on time.He is doing really good, I also love the little scarve, they gave him. That was a very nice touch! 😊

Timely delivery of medication for our dog.

Best service ever! Always on time and excellent customer service.

They have good customer service, which is required because Koala messes up so many orders. Their orders are often incorrect or take a long time to arrive. The are the worst e-commerce business I recall dealing with.

I was able to easily adjust my auto ship order and the staff was so kind to apply a discount for me as well!
