I never received my package

Would like the delivery time to be more expedient. I had to call to request it be sent. The vet delayed it. I had to call him. Then it was in your requests for a week and I had to call to get it going. Phone service was responsive and got it done. ck

I didn't like how I got 6 messages about having to contact my vet for approval, but no update that my vet got back to you. Also didn't like how my address on file was no longer "valid" after 2 years of Marleys meds coming to the same address. Other than that things were ok.

I know I got a good price at first but most of the cans that were in the shipment were dented. Even the cans in the middle were deeply dented, so I feel like the reason I got such a good deal was so they could put dented cans in my order. Also, every time I get an order through koala, the order is delayed because the manufacturer was out at the time (?) Actually, now I’m paying regular price since the initial order was delivered so I’m a little upset about all of the dented cans. I may cancel my recurring order.

I'd love to be able to edit my subscriptions myself, instead of waiting on a response. Prices don't feel as competitive as they could be. Would love a rewards program or incentive to continue auto ship. It feels like I'm being charged more when there are discount sale that aren't auto applied and sales through other companies in general.

Ordering was easy. However, it took 18 days for my order to arrive. Your welcome box was nice, but to be honest I don’t need and did not request three koala branded scarves for my dogs. They don’t wear them and it was a waste of materials as well as a potential addition to plastic and consumer waste. Lastly, I used your company as it is associated with my Vet office, but your prices were higher than the last provider. I assume that was to pay for the scarves and welcome materials.

Setting up recurring orders is very hard

It took a long time to ship my orders, once shipped it arrived the next day or so. It only shipped after I called and reported the issue. My dog really needed antibiotics for this serious infection and it took over a week to ship.
