Koala HealthReviews of koala.health

Easy ordering. Convenient website. Fast shipping. Item arrived in beautiful box. Very happy.

Accepting, my dog’s requirement for topical instead of ingesting flea and tick meds.

I never received my package

Around 1/2 of these five star reviews are written by executives at Koala, buyer beware!

Customer service is subpar with lack of responding to emails and some experiences with poor attitude over phone call. Shipping for medication for my cat has been delayed for awhile, they mention they'll "ship it out soon" but there are no updates from them and I still have not received the medicine after already submitting payment. Short lived but disappointing experience.

Representative made me feel valued as a customer. Went above and beyond to provide assistance with my order

I don’t remember how long I have used your services but it has gone wonderfully the complete time. The staff is always eager to help. Very understanding when trying to get in touch with our vet clinic, which isn’t easy. I will continue to use the service and recommend them to others.

I loved the packaging of the items and bandanas that were given as well!
