I placed my Koala Health order on a Wednesday evening. I received an email on Friday morning that they needed help getting authorization from my vet. I contacted my vet who told me they faxed over their authorization on Thursday and I informed Koala Health. I recieved a reply on Saturday saying the pharmacy team had received the authorization and would finish reviewing the prescription on Monday. My order was then shipped on Wednesday and delivered on Friday. No apology was given at any point for the delays they caused.

When first placing the medication order at the direction of our vet, the order was never "approved" and took a week to process. Our cat is dealing with severe symptoms, so a weeklong waiting period was not ideal. We had to call our vet to get it moving. Then, the existing order that was supposed to be canceled was not promptly canceled and I had to email Koala and ask for a confirmation of cancellation. I am still waiting for a refund of $56.08.

They have good customer service, which is required because Koala messes up so many orders. Their orders are often incorrect or take a long time to arrive. The are the worst e-commerce business I recall dealing with.

I HAVE ORDERED A PRESCRIPTION ON JUNE 1ST AND IT IS JUNE 11, I SENT A EMAIL ON JUNE 9, NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY. THEY HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED PAYMENT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. IF I DO NOT HEAR FROM THEM BY END OF WORK DAY, JUNE 12, 2025, I WILL FILE A FRAUDULENT CHARGE BY THIS COMPANY WITH MY BANK ACCOUNT.

Can't cancel subscriptions online Delivery the first time was great. Then afterwards I went to check if it auto-enrolled in a subscription - couldn't see anything online. Then today (6 months later) I get an email that my new order was processing - apparently the website does not show you if you have an active subscription and you have to call or email to ask about it/cancel To be fair the customer service line connected me pretty quickly to a human and they cancelled my subscription/order without issues. But it felt very misleading to not have it show on the website in the first place, they are apparently 'working on it'

They lost my first prescription. I had to get another orginal from the vet. Then they changed the price of my item IN THE CART by $50. They said I ordered the wrong one (no I didn't). Then it sat in Packing for 2 weeks. Now it says it's shipped (after I complained) but still not at USPS. NEVER AGAIN! It's been a month now since I placed order.
