This is my very first time purchasing from Koala. I love that the product I needed was available and the discounted price was fantastic. The only issue i had was that it came one day later than expected but I'm not sure if that was an issue with the post office.

Great customer service. I needed my dog’s meds in 5 days because we were leaving on vacation. Called & you were kind enough to mail the prescription that day. However, they did not arrive in time so I had to pay someone to get them from the post office and drive them to the boarding place. Cost me an extra $20. That’s why I rated 4 stars. You should have an option to expedite shipping. I would rather pay more to have the meds sooner. This is my first time ordering from Koala so we’ll see how it goes. I’m waiting for my code so I can submit this review. Really?

I wish that you would adopt using UPS/FedEx versus USPS to speed up the delivery process.

The pricing for the meds I needed were good. The vet verification a d shipping time seemed slow compared to my usual online pharmacy.

I wanted to share my positive experience with Koala Health, especially in light of some of the negative reviews I’ve seen circulating. I recently had an issue with getting my dog’s Apoquel prescription filled, and I was getting increasingly stressed knowing how essential this medication is for her skin condition. My vet unfortunately made a few errors—first denying the initial request and then taking an unusually long time to approve the second one. Throughout this frustrating process, Koala Health’s customer service truly went above and beyond, particularly CSR Ashley and Pharmacist Vicky. They stepped in, communicated directly with my vet, and even took a verbal authorization to get things moving (which, frankly, shouldn’t have been necessary on their part—but I’m so grateful they took the initiative). They made sure my dog’s Rx was processed quickly and shipped out with expedited delivery, saving us from a potential medication gap. Thanks to their diligence and compassion, my dog will not have to suffer from a flare-up, and I can breathe a sigh of relief. On top of that, I recently found out that my mom’s vet just partnered with Koala, and I was happy to reassure her that based on my experience, she’s in great hands. Huge thank you to the entire Pharmacy Team at Koala Health—especially Ashley and Vicky—for the outstanding service and for genuinely caring about my pet’s well-being. Highly recommend!
