Koala HealthReviews of koala.health

It was easy to order my dog's flea medication. Shipping was very fast.

I love having an option to buy this product for my two frenchies from Koala Health instead of Amazon and others. The price point is fabulous since I have both dogs on it I need two boxes. Y’all are great communicators when inventory was low you kept me informed. Thanks from a very happy customer

I like the fact that they double check things with your veterinarian and get back with you about any issues. I also like that it’s convenient to ship and once things got done it was fast delivery!

I called after not receiving my 16 year old dog’s meds and it had been over two weeks. The prescription hadn’t been filled and shipped - it had been forgotten. I was promised they were filling the prescription right then and researching the best way to get it to me - it didn’t arrive for another 5 days. My dog’s meds had run out and he was suffering. Had they filled it the day they received the authorization from the vet he wouldn’t have run out. He suffered needlessly because your company wanted to save shipping charges after irresponsibly losing his prescription.

Easy to place orders and the Vet prescription check was done quickly.

I am a repeating customer. Koala sent a timely refill reminder and request for a new prescription. The medication arrived when needed.

The order was filled correctly and delivered on time.

The heartworm medication for my 4 pups arrived quickly and in a sturdy and attractive box. Inside was an envelope with a note to my 4 naming each, my receipt, and the drug information. Four bandannas for each of my pups was also inside. It was like receiving a gift box. I was so impressed, I took the box up to my vet, the Ark of Socorro, so they could see what I received.
