Loved Malta, don't like KM Malta, not to use hate, strong word. But because of the airline, never going back, if the only choice from England, I'd rather swim. Read some reviews, don't agree, staff are unprofessional, not friendly, they get probably commission for the bags. From 28 December 25- 4rt January 26, I and my wife checked in London Gatwick, email from KM stated even economy bassic can get cabin suitcase under 10kg with priority 10, ours 8.5kg , checked in no option for any priority, had to pay 30 euros, took it in the cabin, my youngest son, not checked suitcase, went in the queue airport, guy said alright, no probleml , not even charged. Check in back, same, no option for under 10kg cabin suitcase, paid 60 euros for 2 little under 10kg only to be faced last minute with 10 of police state, asking to pay extortionate 55 euros for bag, to go in hold. Asked politely, seeing that I had already paid 30 euros, they can get 25 euros for each bag, no, have to lose working days to refund if successful. I wasn't the only one bthw, poor guy had 3 bags, some other travellers had suitcases tagged but brought them onboard, maybe different for some, couldn't tell but I'm done with Malta, never going back, they think we are all rich and can Rob us blind, I'm not mentioning that you pay full for 10 days, you get 8, arrive late, leave early back, no food, all crooks, never anymore, they can choke on that money! Could give a zero if the choice, see other reviews not happy either, same problem, why would anyone use these crooks!

Unreliable service — my seat was downgraded from Business Class to Economy Plus. I attempted to find a resolution, but the staff kept going in circles, showing no accountability or genuine effort to resolve the issue. Overall, a very weak experience from a weak airline.

Volo da tantissimi anni con svariate compagnie ed è la prima volta che una compagnia aerea di bandiera risulti così spudoratamente scorretta. Volavo con un gruppo di otto persone e abbiamo acquistato, a luglio, un biglietto "economy" in cui risultava acquistato un bagaglio sotto il sedile e un "checked-in luggage" con le stesse misure e peso del tipico bagaglio a mano. Da nessuna parte si evinceva che il bagaglio acquistato non si poteva portare sul veivolo. Lo scopriamo, quindi, all'imbarco per il quale ci fanno pagare 30 euro a bagaglio perché oramai divenuto bagaglio a mano ma non ce lo fanno portare comunque sul veivolo perché, dicono, avevamo acquistato solo il bagaglio da stiva. Morale della storia: abbiamo pagato due volte il bagaglio da stiva (uno all'acquisto del biglietto e l'altro prima dell'imbarco). Davvero subdoli, ambigui e scorretti. Prima e ultima volta con air malta (minuscole volute).

Nous sommes partis de Paris Cdg par KM AIRLINES pas de problème pour nos bagages en cabine conforme à notre billet d'avion. En retour pas du tout la même chose au moment d'embarquer nos bagages plus du tout conforme,l'agent de comptoir qui se prend pour un shérif nous rackette de 360 euros avec un vrai chantage si on ne paye pas on ne monte pas dans l'avion. Aucune possibilité de s'expliquer.Une vraie escroquerie.Si vous avez la possibilité fuyez cette compagnie de voleurs

A fuir absolument , compagnie malhonnête. Sur le vol retour, menace de ne pas embarquer si nous ne payons pas 55 euros par bagage à l’embarquement sous prétexte que le bagage doit passer en soute. Pratique qui pour moi relève du raquette.. sur le vol aller (a Paris) tout allait niquel Vol du 30/12

Purs arnaqueurs! Nous avons embarqué de Paris et aucun problème avec nos bagages cabines. Au retour depuis Malte, nous avons été facturés 55€/ bagage supplémentaire et avec une menace de ne pas pouvoir embarquer si nous ne manifestions trop violemment notre mécontentement ! Nous ne reprendrons plus cette compagnie !!!
