Was flying to Malta with a stop over in Germany. Tried to check online using ref no, didn’t work, called customer service they gave another ref number as another airline was handling the first flight. Why didn’t they give it when booking. On return same issue but nobody answered customer service. Check in staff could not get me a boarding pass for second connecting flight and asked me to check in in Germany. I refused then eventually got a boarding pass. Never had this before that you have differen my ref numbers for check in and check in staff were unhelpful. Simple thing like online checking in made hard. Flight itself was ok, nothing wow

Flight KM 102 from Malta to London UK on the 13th Dec 2025. Flight started well with decent service, nice meal etc. 2/3 through the flight, turbulence started and the seatbelt sign went on. I needed to use the washroom but waited. Turbulence subsided but the sign was still on. Stewards all walking around no problem. So I asked to use the washroom and was given a stern no, the sign is on. So I waited uncomfortably and then we started our descent. No chance now which I felt was really inhumaine. I was told wait until we land. That was about another 35 minutes with no turbulence. The steward was bald and in he early forties. Very controlling.

Nous revenons d'un séjour à Malte via la compagnie Malta Airlines. S'agissant d'un vol régulier entre Paris et Malte, pour la communication avec des voyageurs présents dans l'avion majoritairement des touristes français, la langue utilisée était le Maltais et l'anglais. De ce fait, il paraît inconcevable que le personnel navigant ne s'adresse pas au moins aux voyageurs en langue française. Cela ajouté à la très mauvaise sonorisation dans l'avion nous n'avions donc aucune information. C'est lamentable comme service Client !!!

Good things about KMmalter are: (1) Their website is easy to use for booking flights and offers a good choice of times. (2) Easy check-in at LHR & Malta. (3) easy to add extras on your flight, ie luggage. The terrible things about the airline are: They do not honour their contract with clients, and worse, once you pull them up on it, they make excuses, they expect you to believe the excuse. IE We booked our seats in February, when we checked in online, we were given different seats (row 11, extra leg room) We emailed the customer services & got a reply after we came back & their reply was to get the extra leg room, you have to check in at the airport as seats are near an emergency door. (1) This was never stated when we booked verbally or by e-mail. (2) The new seats we were allocated also had extra leg room (row 13), so why were we given different seats to what we booked? (3) On the journey home, we checked in online for the seats we had booked in February (same seats, row 11), and nothing was said. Our original seats were either given to staff members, family or friends who did not want to sit in row 13. (3) Would I book with this company again? I don't think so because it caused great stress before the holidays even started, and just been fobbed off twice; it is just not acceptable for a supposedly professional company.
