Great service all the way through in Business Flex. No problem ordering a vegetarian meal by phone, although this is now possible on the website. Food and drink service very good, high quality hot meals better than most full service airlines. Clean cabin, plenty of legroom, delay from Heathrow but due to French Air Traffic Control not the airline; lounge at Heathrow (Gulf Air) was really good, as was La Valette in Malta. EES at Malta took only a few seconds. Plenty of info about baggage allowance when booking and on emails sent a week before flight so can't understand many of the bad reviews except than quite a few actually relate to Malta Air, a totally different low cost airline owned by RyanAir.Ground handling at Malta both inbound and outbound has significantly improved over the last few months, sadly Heathrow T4 arrival is as dreadful as ever as the terminal is way past it's sell by date. USB points at seat worked both ways.

Also ich muss jetzt auch mal was positives schreiben. Sind zum 1. Mal mit KM Malta Airlines geflogen. Letzte Woche nach Malta, heute zurück. Beide Male ist alles super gelaufen. Homepage ist finde ich zwar etwas schwierig, trotz Filekey keine Sitzplatzreservierung möglich, dafür müsste man direkt mit der Airline telefonieren. Dies hat beide Male unser Reisebüro für uns erledigt. Aber online check-in hat beide Male gut geklappt und auch bei der Gepäckaufgabe waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Die beiden Flüge sind pünktlich gestartet und beide Male sogar 20 Min. früher gelandet. Start und Landungen haben die Piloten super durchgeführt. Auch Beinfreiheit war in Ordnung. Nicht zu eng, waren überrascht, dass es so gut ist nach den ganzen Bewertungen. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz und wir sind auch nicht die Kleinsten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder mit dieser Airline fliegen.

Just back from Malta on flight KM102 to Heathrow and I have to say KM Malta Airlines were one of the best companies we've ever flown with. After reading many negative reviews I was a bit nervous about the trip, but we had great communications throughout, everything was on time, we had a very clean aircraft and extremely pleasant and well presented staff who were both efficient and made us laugh as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you KM and we look forward to flying with you again.

Fliege jetzt schon das 2. Jahr mit KM Malta - immer super. Dieses Jahr wurde ich beschenkt mit der Businessclass für hin und zurück. Ich war so glücklich -vielen Dank dafür. Besser kann ein Urlaub nicht beginnen und enden.

Meine Erfahrung mit KM Malta Airlines war sehr positiv. Super pünktlich, freundlich, keine Gepäck-Probleme, habe mich sehr sicher gefühlt, lief alles völlig problemlos und glatt. Hinflug und auch Rückflug. Würde ich wieder wählen. Einziges Manko: der Sitz im Flugzeug war wirklich eng. Für 3 Stunden Flug geht das gerade so. Alles in allem aber waren beide Flüge völlig in Ordnung.👍👍
