Vaya set up a great itinerary based on our preferences, timetable and physical abilities. This is the second time we have used them. We highly recommend this company!

Great experience with Kelsey planning our family trip to Japan (Tokyo/Hakone/Kyoto/Osaka/Hiroshima). Hotels, local guides and experiences were amazing. We really appreciated the attention to detail throughout. We have traveled with Vaya to Italy, Scandinavia and South Africa before and have been impressed with all agents we worked with and the local teams on the ground. Definitely not our last trip with Vaya!

We loved everything about Vaya and will use them again ! Our guide who picked us up at the airport in Quito at 2:00 in the morning, the lovely Natalia was absolutely amazing. We love her!

The guides used by Vaya are superlative. The operations team in Crete was lacking: they registered us at one of our hotels incorrectly so we thought we didn’t have a reservation upon arrival; they failed to tell the food tour of my food allergy and they failed to provide boarding passes or tell us they weren’t able to do so. While minor, the frequency of the errors became annoying. Not what we expected from Vaya.

Our Galapagos Islands adventure with Vaya was amazing! Vaya handled every detail so we could truly enjoy every minute of our trip. Of course, the pristine islands were incredible - the wildlife, the marine life, and the dramatic vistas and volcanic landscapes were truly awe-inspiring. Our guide in Quito was great, and he made sure we made the most of our brief time there. He was a student of history, and he truly enjoyed 'educating ' us. Our naturalist guide in the Galapagos was fabulous and a joy to spend time with - so knowledgeable, friendly, and yet professional - leading us on immersive shore excursions as well as exploring the shores of many islands by boat...and lots of snorkeling! Our accommodations exceeded our expectations. The hotel in Quito was lovely but The Elite catamaran, our home for eight days, was amazing. It was both beautiful and comfortable, and the food was top-notch. The staff was incredible - every one of them - meeting our every need, and more. My husband and I look forward to planning our next adventure with Vaya!

Absolutely exceptional service from Vaya during planning and the actual trip. Vaya staff were always available to advise and help with every step, answering multiple questions on the 'phone and email. The travel portal was an invaluable aid before and during travel.

The trip was absolutely a once in a lifetime phenomenal experience. There’s nothing that could be improved. It was really phenomenal.
