It took over a week for my order to arrive, which was frustrating. I needed the item for a last-minute gift, and the delay meant I had to scramble for something else. The packaging was also lackluster; it didn't protect the item well during transit. Thankfully, the product itself works as intended, but the shipping experience was disappointing. I had expected better communication about the delay, especially given the shipping costs. Not sure if I would order again.

Heb vorig jaar een Keychron toetsenbord gekocht. Nu een jaar verder, geeft het toetsenbord continu dubbele aanslagen als je op een toets drukt. Heb het toetsenbord al schoongemaakt en dan verdwijnt het soms even. Daarna is het er direct weer. Keychron gecontact, die geven niet thuis. Echt geen aanrader wat mij betreft. Slechte service voor zo'n duur toetsenbord.

Ich habe mir vor zwei Jahren auf der Arbeit die Keychron Q3 Max angeschafft und bin absolut zufrieden! Sehr präzises Gefühl beim Tippen und alles sehr solide verbaut. Daraufhin habe ich mir das selbe Modell für zu Hause zugelegt. Dort waren nach ein paar Wochen einige Tasten defekt. Daraufhin habe ich dem Support geschriben, ein Video gemacht und kostenlos ein neues PCB zum Tauschen bekommen. Das Austauschen hat circa eine Stunde gedauert. Seit dem klappt wieder alles wunderbar! Insgesamt sehr zufrieden – ich mag es sehr, ein Produkt zu nutzen, dass sich noch reparieren lässt und nicht eine große Einheit ist, die man nur als Ganzes tauschen oder entsorgen kann.
