I’ve bought a (as it turned out) faulty keyboard, which is frustrating. It was purchased through a third party site, still it was a Keychron keyboard. The customer support on the other hand was amazing. Kind and helpful towards the customer. Loved it!

Keyboard is good quality. I do wish the keycaps were shine through however it's not a huge deal and doesn't bother me that much. I did have some issues with the delivery as the wrong door number was provided to the courier and I could not change it (whether this was Keychron's fault or not, I'm unsure). I did end up picking up the package from the driver himself a few days after it was supposed to arrive due to it being attempted to be delivered to the wrong house the first time and I had to wait at the wrong address for the driver to arrive which was a bit of a pain and a bit awkward. Overall though, good keyboard.

Keycaps love to pop out and not worth the 285.19 CAD I paid for it. *Edit* They sent a fix and now it works properly. Much better. I still think the quality review should be a bit more extensive before selling this product at a premium.

I've had an exceptional experience with Keychron, I have the K1 and K3 and they've worked remarkably well. The K1 has an affordable price for those who aren't that picky about keyboard functionalities or aesthetics. It's easy to handle and transport for its compact design. I had to put it aside since it was already 4 years old and I want to give it to my uncle, it's still perfect with certain worn out keys due to how frequently I click on them. My only concern is its weight and perhaps it's lack of CAPS LOCK indicators to know if I am typing in capital letters. The K3 is way smaller and lighter and silent. I like the designs since it looks more aesthetically pleasing and i like that orange ESC Button which gives it a nice touch. My only concern is that I may have bought a smaller keyboard which conflicts with my hand size and it leads to wrong keyboard strokes like screen capture. Overall KEYCHRON rocks. I really like it. So happy to find such an affordable and efficient keyboard.

I ordered a keyboard and accessories directly from Keychron with a promised 12-day delivery on their page. In reality, the accessories, shipped from China, arrived in about two weeks. However, the keyboard, dispatched from Germany, was sent only after I received the accessories, making the full delivery take approximately three weeks. It's unclear why they didn't send the keyboard earlier since it was in stock, but overall, I received responses to my shipping inquiries, along with tracking information. Also it was not neccessary to pay any additional taxes or import fees. All products arrived in good condition, and I'm thoroughly enjoying the excellent quality of the Q6 Pro.

The K3 mechanical keyboard is the best keyboard I've ever had. I'll recommend keychron team to improve the User Experience with the addresses and the shipping. I had an experience where the website allowed me to input the address but after the purchase they sent me an email forcing me to add another address. It was quite difficult at the time because I was using the address of my courier. Apart from that. Keychron keyboards are really nice and good looking.

Kann mich nicht beklagen. Zwischen Bestellung und Lieferung vergingen 12 Tage, angemessen für eine Überseelieferung würde ich sagen. Das Packet kam gut verpackt und gepolstert mit DHL bei mir an. Die OVP zwei leichte Dellen, der Artikel war aber tadellos. Mit dem Customersupport hatte ich bei einer kurz zuvor getätigten Bestellung auch zu tun. Ich hatte innerhalb eines halben Tages eine Antwort und meine Besellung war storniert. Habe den Text allerdings auch auf Englisch verfasst. Insgesamt bin ich doch sehr zufrieden mit meiner Q1 Pro.

No, Keychron isn't a UK based company, but they never claimed to be. Pros of purchasing from directly Keychron: - You get a high quality mechanical keyboard for a really competitive price. - The K3 is currently £79, the most comparable keyboard that I've had is the Logitech MX Mechanical and that's £150! The quality of construction, factory lubing etc is near same. - It's cheaper than buying the same keyboard from Amazon. Cons of purchasing directly from Keychron: - It takes 10-14 business days, mine took 9 - The tracking once the parcel is in the UK isn't great, but if you search your tracking number on "package radar" it will give you a Royal Mail tracking number instead of the 4PX one, just think it should be an all in one thing. - Although I haven't dealt with this personally I have heard there support is not good, sometimes defective items have to be sent back, which takes a long time etc. But, I don't think people realise this product was Kickstarter project 2/3 years ago, so the company is in there early days. If I was to order from Keychron again I would spend an extra £20 to order from Amazon for piece of mind, more "insurance" if it had to be returned and quicker delivery time. This is an enthusiast product that's recently gained a lot of success and in my opinion deserves some leniency.
