On the whole, i love my Keychron K10 HE. It looks beautiful and feels great. However, when playing FPS games, particularly one called WarThunder, the keyboard latency runs into actual seconds. Im not sure what it is about this keyboard and WarThunder, but waiting several seconds for the game to catch up with keyboard inputs makes the game unplayable at times, with the vehicle spinning round in circles as the game catches up with the keyboard. If you are wondering if this is just general game latency, mouse inputs work perfectly with no obvious delays. In all my years of gaming, i have never known latency like this from a keyboard to be a 'thing'. Ive had many many keyboards and always had them hard wired. I did try it connected via Bluetooth but my experience was no different. To sum it up, there is something unique about this keyboard construction that can cause extreme latency during gaming. So buyer beware

I am not technically minded and I just bought a Keychron Keyboard. I had an immediate problem with it turning off on me. I sent an email to Keychron late in the afternoon and a few hours later I had a response that they would respond shortly and they gave me a ticket number. By the time I got up the next morning I had their email and the simple fix I needed to do. So often it is difficult to figure out how to contact a vendor for help and even more difficult to get someone to quickly and simply respond to the inquiry. Keychron made all these aspects so simple. Great customer service! I had a great experience with Keychron’s customer support. I reached out to ask if I could swap the keyboard in my order for a different model, and Lynne was very helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. They were able to hold my order before it shipped, make the change I requested, and guide me through paying the price difference. The very good physical quality of the keyboard is a new experience for me. And when I had questions about configuring, I got a quick response with help that solved my problem right away. Go Keychron!

Their customer service is superb. I received my keyboard with a faulty key. They replied to my inquiry within 2 hours. They guided me through diagnostics and decided to send a replacement without hesitation. I received it and everything is fine. Love the keyboard. It's got great build quality, touch and aesthetic. I am so excited to have it in my gaming setup!

Daisy with Support was very helpful and was able to resolve my technical issue. However, the Keychron keyboard itself has been massively disappointing. While Ive had good experiences with the wired keyboards, this was my first time trying out the wireless model and I definitely won't be buying any wireless products from this brand in the future with how much of a nightmare this keyboard has been. Mouse works though! 5/5 support, 2/5 product, which is a shame because the build quality and wood accents are top notch - but sadly that doesn't make up for the wireless connection not working properly.

I’m honestly disappointed with the way my WARRANTY claim has been handled. My Lemokey P1 HE stopped working, and although you offered to send me a replacement PCB, I haven’t received any updates since September 29. I also asked if you could include the necessary screwdriver/tool for the replacement, but I’ve heard nothing since. I purchased the keyboard directly from Keychron.de, and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect proper communication and support. At this point, I feel like my case is simply being ignored.

I spilled tea on my keyboard, and the PCB was broken. Lynne really helped a great deal in helping me get the right PCB part to get my keyboard up and running! Thanks so much! Love Keychron!
