I’m honestly disappointed with the way my WARRANTY claim has been handled. My Lemokey P1 HE stopped working, and although you offered to send me a replacement PCB, I haven’t received any updates since September 29. I also asked if you could include the necessary screwdriver/tool for the replacement, but I’ve heard nothing since.
I purchased the keyboard directly from Keychron.de, and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect proper communication and support. At this point, I feel like my case is simply being ignored.

awful technical support.
awful technical support.
will ignore troubleshooting steps you conducted and communicated, and ask you to repeat the same process (with a 3-5 day delay between emails).
firmware flashing software for certain models is gatekept behind their support team for some reason. perhaps locked behind warranty. this suggests that a sudden firmware issue will brick your keyboard if you don't have warranty

I tried all what I was told to do. How frustrating. Such an expensive keyboard. Attempting to makethem work has been more expensive than just trow them away ( value of my time )

Received my $300 keyboard and after…
Received my $300 keyboard and after maybe 6 hours of use over 6 days, my spacebar was sticking. I chatted to the live chat for support, provided videos and pictures. Was asked to submit an email ticket which I did, was promised a response within 24 hours.
It's now been over 6 full days with ZERO response from anyone. I re-engaged with the chat online and submitted a ticket through their website. Still ZERO response.

Scam: I ordered and paid a keyboard. It does not arrive
I ordered and paid a keyboard, buy the order was never confirmed, and I expect that my ordered keyboard will never arrive. The website suggest these are high-quality keyboards, but I think its mostly marketing and more of scam.
I try to login to the website to file my complaint, but they use a very difficult 2-factor authentication mechanisme that makes it impossible to login, i.e. 60 seconds time-out for confirming it's my phone, but message is only send after minutes. Also e-mail to reset my password does never arrove.

Made me pay return shipping, promised reimbursement, gaslight me
My K5 Ultra 8K stopped working over wired USB less than a week after delivery. I sent Keychron a video of the failure, Linux logs and Windows error output showing the keyboard failing to enumerate, and confirmed the same failure in BIOS. I had already done factory resets, a firmware update, and tested multiple cables, ports, and computers. The hardware was clearly defective.
Keychron still kept asking me to repeat diagnostics I had already documented. When they finally approved the return, they refused to send a shipping label and made me pay for shipping myself. They promised in writing to reimburse up to $15 by PayPal once the package arrived.
UPS confirmed delivery on September 11. The $125.63 purchase price was refunded. The $15 never came. Instead I got the runaround:
1. "5-7 business days," which passed.
2. "1-3 more business days," which passed.
3. "The payment was successfully sent." It wasn't in my PayPal.
4. "It's pending, you need to log in and claim it," with a screenshot as proof.
That screenshot showed the payment went to the wrong email address, not the one I gave them and they had confirmed in writing. There was nothing for me to claim.
$15 is small, but that is the point. A company that makes you prove a defect three times, makes you pay to return it, and then stalls on a written promise makes returns miserable enough that many customers will give up. Do not buy from this company if you need any kind of warranty or support you buy from Keychron, save every email and screenshot.

Slow, disorganized support. Avoid if you need timely warranty service
Bought a K1 Pro in June and it showed up with a dented case from shipping damage. What should've been a simple warranty replacement turned into a two-month mess across three support tickets.
First I had to disassemble the keyboard myself just to prove the PCB was fine. Then I was told a replacement case needed to be special-ordered (~1 month wait). Then that fell through too — the factory was out of parts, so now I had to ship my entire keyboard to Hong Kong before they'd even send a replacement. I asked to keep using it in the meantime since it's my main work keyboard — they said no.
I shipped it back, and USPS confirmed it was delivered to their warehouse on August 3rd. Support didn't acknowledge receiving it until August 11th, and only after I sent them the tracking proof myself. They then promised a tracking number and shipping reimbursement by August 14th — neither showed up. When I followed up, I got a vague reply about staffing issues.
At that point I'd been without a working keyboard for over a month with no real timeline, so I asked for a refund instead. Even that took extra emails to get moving.
Nice product when it works, but the support experience here was slow, disorganized, and left all the hassle on me. Can't recommend based on this.

Hi,
We’re sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the lengthy support process.
We understand that the repeated troubleshooting, parts availability issues, return process, and delays in follow-up made the experience much more difficult than it should have been. We appreciate you taking the time to share these details with us.
We will continue working to improve our support and return processes, strengthen internal follow-up, and provide clearer and more timely updates to customers.
Best regards,
Keychron Support Team
