They don't have customer service. If something goes wrong your keyboard then basically need to buy a new one because you'll receive no help.

Bought the Keychron K6, was sent a faulty PCB. The customer service told me not to worry as they will arrange a replacement PCB. After going back and forth about how they are still confirming the tracking number 1.5 months later, I still have not received any news about my replacement PCB being sent. Edit: Got the replacement keyboard 16 November 2020, so a total of almost 2.5 months. Bad customer service, but at least they delivered it.

My first order went without any issues. My second one did not. The package got lost by the courier company. After reaching out to support they asked me to give extra few weeks. Following the wait period, I had to reach several times until the replacement was eventually resent. The answers I got were very prompt and professional, just not followed by an action. The first keyboard I got has really nice quality, looking forward to receiving the second unit

Ridiculously long shipping times. They claim to deliver 4-7 days to Europe main land (not some isolated place, but to the capital of a country), and it has been 25 and still the tracking shows that it needs at least 5 more days if not more. I would definitely change my decision if I was given the chance and buy from another brand instead.

I ordered my keyboard on 29th of May and it still has not arrived. They replied to my emails, but as soon as I told them, I would like a refund, they stop replying. DO NOT ORDER!

Keychron K1 Given 1 star by lack of ZERO STARS. Incredible scam: Key touch is not clear, this is not an mechanical keyboard. But worst of all, all keys HANG frequently total disaster.Even BACKSPACE, deleting entire text! Asked for refund. WARNING: Do not buy this crap.

UPDATE: they responded after a couple days to confirm i still wanted to ship the product and i said yes. and they havent responded for a long time again. i already gave them the payment but theyre not holding their part of the deal so i wont even be surprised if theyre scamming me of my money now. they even got to rig the trustpilot rating system. this is the first and only review of this time giving them a one star and their average somehow got a 3 star average wew ---- customer support is difficult too communicate with. i asked for a follow up on my order but instead they cancel my order when i wasnt asking for that. trying to contact them to fix this but no response. im gonna give credit for the product concept though. but if it turns out to be unsatisfying, they deserve a zero rating. a one star would be too generous for a review
