They knowingly sell faulty keyboards, I was gifted a Q6 200 dollar keyboard. When I ran into issues, they stall and drag out the process hoping you abandon, then just tell you to mash on it really hard. When that stopped working and some googling I discovered that this is a KNOWN issue with their OWN ADMISSION to the faulty plates and warping. That was a full year prior to my purchase. I would never buy again from a company that lets known defective products sell and then stall and play stupid in support hoping we write it off.

Really solid keyboard, excellent customer service and just overall very pleased with Keychron. :)

the battery of my keyboard died. reached out to CS to buy a replacement. fast, clear instructions and friendly.

Keychron makes really quality products and thier service is top tier. I have 2 mice and a keyboard from them, all of them are amazing and I am a keyboard snob. When I lost a USB dongle I got a new one quickly with minimum issues and got perfect instructions when pairing did not work on first try. A really good experience overall.

Got the Keychron M6 which I absolutly love. But the main reason for this review is the service. Asked for an invoice which I didn't get from the retailer, got it the next day. Then asked to add the VAT on the invoice which was missing (needed it for europe tax). Got that the next day. Might be trivial, but it shows to me they care about there service.

Keychron are dishonest. Sent faulty K1. Keychron won’t refund unless I send the item back to China - costing €50, for a €130 item. Keychron refuse to refund unless I withdraw my PayPal case. Keychron claims to be a German based company but has no legal presence so you have no rights if a problem happens. Do not buy from these people, they will rip you off. order DE69939-APT

Absolut unterirdischer Support, der US Support antwortet überhaupt nicht, der Deutsche Support wollte bei einer einfachen Frage erst mal Kundennummer, Bestellnummer und Kaufnachweis sehen. Indiskutabel, obwohl die Tastaturen wirklich gut sind. Am besten bei Amazon kaufen und im Garantiefall dort reklamieren.

Keycaps love to pop out and not worth the 285.19 CAD I paid for it. *Edit* They sent a fix and now it works properly. Much better. I still think the quality review should be a bit more extensive before selling this product at a premium.
