My parcel never arrived, I emailed them multiple times and their response was always the same automated message, how they're going to pass my e-mail to a superior and I should receive a response in a few days. That response never arrived and neither did my parcel. Basically, I got scammed out of my money and they didn't even bother hiding that fact.

Very slow postage! Three packages sent for one order and only one tracking number. One parcel arrived. Pens were dried out. I have emailed and emailed. Be Wary!

So far I've made about four purchases and they all came. My first few purchases were in 2017-18 and it took about a month to arrive (Asia to Czech Republic). Now I purchased after a year and the order took only a week to arrive (not sure if shipping conditions changed or I was just lucky). I don't have any complaints about the conditions about the goods, since I'm buying only washi tapes and stickers. They always came in good shape and nothing was missing. The price for me personally is not too expensive but not too cheap either, since here in Czech Republic we don't have a wide range of choice when it comes to goods like these... the shipping price to CZ is as high as in any other international online shop, so that wasn't surprising. Over all my experience is slightly above good, though I wouldn't buy anything pricier or anything that would break. I wouldn't trust that the good will come unharmed.

do NOT purchase from them. they have false advertising and horrible customer service that has ignored me when i’ve pointed out errors in their advertising. i ended up paying more than i should have and they didn’t help at all.

An item I ordered came with a small crack. I emailed Kawaii Pen Shop with photos and was told it would be escalated to the 'senior manager' and to expect a reply within 3 days. Chased up a week later, again was told it would be escalated to the 'senior manager'. After reading reviews here and on Reddit, I've come to the conclusion this 'senior manager' doesn't exist and they're banking on people either forgetting or giving up. My advice is, if you don't mind paying a premium for hit-and-miss quality with the hope that your product won't have issues, go for it. If you don't like taking risks, give this shop a miss.

I bought a pen from here costing me around £17 which I didn’t mind as they had an offer at the time to receive a mystery gift with this worth up to £50 the gift and pen arrived and all items were seriously low quality and worthless. I asked for my money back on 11th January and after over 14 emails back and forth sending them pictures, asking for a reply they have just ignored me always saying ‘they will pass on to a senior supervisor and get back to me within 3 working days’ I keep chasing them up and then they don’t respond at all. Disgusting customer service they are a scam company.

My order arrived very quickly! And having got 2 of the spring mystery packs, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. As someone with a parent in the hospital the note pads I got will be used to leave her notes when I visit at night. Thank you thank you thank you!

We had a slight issue with the shipping but they responded to my concerns and shipped it immediately with expedited shipping once they found out about the error. I even had a few thank you gifts for my wait! My items are exactly what I needed for my journaling and so cute! I will shop with Kawaii Pen Shop again!
