I ordered items from here before and had no issues, this time the customer experience was dreadful. The order arrived with a missing item and I've had no promise of it being sent despite numerous e-mails and a promise of a response from the senior manager. Very disappointed and won't be using them again

I was quite surprised at the very poor packing my items came in, almost as if they had been shipped by a person selling their own things than a supposedly professional business. My main gripe with it through is the instructions for the things ordered (little led flower light, calculator) are not in english so its a guessing game as to how to get them to work. I also bought a couple of everlasting pencils, which are only just about ok, its a full size pen, with a long thin eraser in the barrel and a small graphite nib. Just a bit odd. I do think these items are overpriced for what they are and will not be ordering again, and cannot recommend to others. Don't be seduced by the very pretty website!

Ordered well above the minimum amount to receive free gift package. On checkout, there was no place to apply the discount code to get it. Emailed immediately and 2 days later received an email stating it was too late for it to be added as my order had been processed. Automatic notification stating that order had been processed arrived a week later so something isn't adding up. Won't be purchasing from again after feeling like I was scammed.

Company registered in Wyoming WY, but charges sales tax for all other states. Products ship from China directly, so there shouldn't be any local sales tax charges. Very suspicious of tax evading practice. They do ship legitimate products, I received products, hence 2 stars.

First time: Ordered my stuff, it all came in a short amount of time, it all was fine. Second time: Ordered, then they asked for my phone number for some reason? I tried to cancel the order because they had told me specifically that my order wouldn't be shipped without my number. It's been a WHOLE MONTH and they havent cancelled my order. So i guess i just made them mad & they're deciding to keep my $60. Just don't risk it. Find substitutes on Amazon. These people will weaponize the language barrier to feign ignorance and it's all incredibly frustrating.

Be careful. I've purchased a few smalls from this site and was satisfied with the merchandise. Ergo, I order a pricier gift for my grand for her birthday. The mistake and disappointment is all my own. Read the dimensions carefully. They were in centimenters, NOT inches. Also, the customer service responses are zilch, nil. Nothing.

Their transport time is too long. Wish I hadn’t made my order.

I had recently made an order for a set of washi tape (and stickers). Just before I paid for the order, one of the washi tapes was removed from my cart as the online store said it was ‘out of stock’. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this completely peeved me off. It would be fine if they were genuinely out off stock. I even asked the customer representative to check whether this was still in stock as I would like to add this to my order. And they told me I couldn’t. However lo and behold, not even one day after the order was dispatched, the washi tape is now back in stock on the online store. They should have checked more thoroughly or told me that they expected it to be back in stock very soon! This is extremely frustrating as I cannot order this without re-paying the expensive express shipping with Fedex. I have contacted them to see if anything can be done. No response yet, but I will update the review based on their response, and whether I even receive the package (there’s a lot of people here that haven’t received their order).
