Kawaii Pen ShopReviews of kawaiipenshop.com

I love your Akashiya Sai Watercolor Brush Pen The quality and pigments are amazing. It's awesome to receive item from Japanese seller with free shipping!

I ordered pens and a note pad over 1 month ago and only received 1 order out of 3 so far. Also the quality is beyond bad and I have the feeling that the zebra mildliners that I received have already been used because they are really dry and 2 of them are already empty after being used 3 times. I will never buy anything from that shop again :/

Items never received. Ordered in November, minimal unhelpful responses and I was unable to get any good responses before Paypal closed the dispute so I can't even pursue a refund.

Honestly don’t want to rate Kawaii pen shop ANY stars at all! I wanted to try this site, because I had seen so many good reviews on it! I bought one sheet of stickers, 3 washi tapes, and a pen. I still have yet to receive my sheet of stickers, and I ordered them last year, July! I contacted them about it two times, and have never heard back. Poor customer service. Never will I ever buy anything from them.

sumiko gurashi stickers are very fake. it was was made on a badly un-aligned printer, showing all the red & blue lines allover the place. i cant use it because its blurred so much you can see what this picture actually is. i then emailed them back because i realised the i didn't receive something the order. Which they said it would be sent separately, why couldn't you put it in the first batch?, so i just then assumed i wasn't getting it. i got it 2 and half weeks later. with this last one i got this with a free terrible washi tape, that is "0.4 cm thick. I just cant understand that stuff that is this viably awful can be sent to people. AVOID THIS SITE x
